Arthur pulled his arm back when she said she wanted to keep the kid. "I.." He began, then stood.
"Alfred and I are going to his house...you should work things out with your parents Riley." Arthur pulled Alfred up and looked back at Riley, then turned and nearly jumped out of his skin when he saw Cassidy standing beside Alfred, who was staring confusedly at her.

I knew he'd leave when I told him, and I made sure he was gone when I started to cry. Cassidy was creeping on them but went back inside when they'd left. I sat on the bench and looked at the black asphalt in front of me. My eyes were dull and un-amused, tears flowing from them steadily. I stayed there for a while, but then finally went inside. Cassidy came downstairs and looked at the tears in my eyes, but I just pushed past her and walked up to my room. My room was exactly like I’d left it, all my old posters were ripped off of the walls, a few tops scattered on the floor, my childhood bed looking abused. I shut the door slowly behind me and went to sit on my bed. I eyed my bass guitar in the corned and reached for it. After I tuned it I started playing it, just some old riffs that I'd written. I set my bass down after that and just looked at the floor, it Arthur didn't come back, it'd be okay, I was home, and no matter how much my parents hated me they wouldn't get rid of me.

The visit to Alfred's house was short and sweet, hugs were exchanged and it wasn't long before Alfred and Arthur were standing outside Riley's doorstep again.
"Did she expect us to stay at your house?" Arthur asked, looking at the door blankly. Alfred shrugged, and went to sit on the bench. Arthur followed, and sat down beside him with a sigh.
"Guess we'll stay out here.." He said, curling up and using Alfred's shoulder for a pillow.

I sighed, what was taking them so long? I went outside and saw them curled up together "You don't honostly think I'm mean enough to make you two sleep outside..." I said, waking both of them up, if they were even asleep. I stood infront of both of them, my eyes were red from crying but I hoped they didn't notice. I sighed and crossed my arms over my brown jacket, it was getting cold and dark out.

Alfred wasn't asleep, but Arthur was.
"Oh, yeah but we didn't want to make your dad mad again..so.." Alfred rolled his shoulder, and arthur woke immediantly, yawning.
"Oh..is, Riley? 'm tired.." He slurred, yawning again, looking like a little kid. Alfred laughed, grabbing Arthur's hand and pulling him up, and helping him walk.

"Come on, I have my bed and then there's a roll out bed, you two can have the roll out bed, I want my bed" I said pulling both of them upstairs and setting up the roll out bed. I looked at the sleepy Arthur and sighed, silently wishing that he'd sleep with me. Cassidy poked her head in my room and snickered "Ooo lala can I squeeze in?" She snickered.
"No" I said coldly slamming the door in her face and muttering a few curses.

Arthur nodded, then eyed Cassidy as she asked to sleep with them.
"Perv.." He growled, crawling into the bed. It was more comfortable than he thought, especially with Alfred laying beside him.
"Night...Riley..." He murmured, before falling asleep.

The next morning..

Arthur was awake bright and early the following day, but he didn't get up, for fear of disturbing Alfred-who had his arm draped around Arthur's middle-and angering Riley's dad.

I looked at Arthur while he slept and sighed, he was probably mad at me now. I felt a pang of sadness but when to bed, restless and cold.

The next morning..

I woke up early aswell and sat up quickly. Memories of what happened yesterday hit me like a bag of bricks and I looked over to see Arthur awake "Morning..." I muttered.

(I'm gonna call it a night, c'ya)

Arthur looked up, and smiled.
"Morning~" He replied, glancing down at Alfred, who yawned, and scooted closer.
"He gets so clingy when he's sleeping.." Arthur noted, patting Alfred's arm.

That should be me I thought sourly, but kept a blank expression. I didn't say that, it'd just make things worse. Instead I rubbed the back of my next sheepishly and yawned.
"Let him, it's the only time he doesn't have to worry about you choosing anyone, or snapping, or leaving someone when they admit something that they themselves aren’t particularly sure of. He has a right to be clingy when he’s asleep, it’s the only time he can have you when you aren’t being you" I snapped, referring to last night. I glared partially at him and the got out of bed and went downstairs. As I opened the door I saw Cassidy stumble backwards, her ears had obviously been to the door.
"You're dating a homo?! That's rich! I'm soooo telling dad!" She cooed, then looked over my shoulder and winked at Arthur. I growled and pushed her back a tiny bit.
"If you do that I’ll tell dad that you lost your virginity to Josh Snider in 8th grade" I blackmailed, knowing I'd hit her soft spot.
"Aw! Come on! You were in 6th grade when I told you! I didn't expect you to remember!!" She pouted, letting me go downstairs.

Arthur rubbed his bare chest sheepishly, looking down.
"Sorry god da**it you just took me off gaurd!" He growled. "Glad to know you think so fondly of me." He said, and nearly jumped out of his skin a second time when Cassidy came up. He winced at 'homo' and elbowed Alfred's head to wake him up.
"I DIDNT EAT THE HAMBURGERS!" The american yelped, sitting upright, before looking aorund. "I-ahh.." He said, blushing from embaressment. Arthur ripped himself from Alfred's arms, pulled on a shirt and jogged downstairs, slamming the door as he departed the house. Alfred watched him go, and then stood up as well and pulled a shirt on from his suitcase.

I watched as he pushd past me and left the house. I growled, knowing he'd be back and went to the kitchen. My mom turned as I came in and gave a half smile.
"What was that about?" She asked and I gave a half smile aswell.
"Me and Arthur never entered the 'honeymoon' stage" I admitted with a laugh and my mom gave me a sad look.
"Ah, but that's all a couple has, what were you two fighting over?" She asked, was she actually being nice to me?
"The baby..." I said, going to the fridge and pulling out some bacon. She gave me a puzzled look and started up the stove. I sighed and answered her puzzled expression "I told him last night that I wanted to keep the baby and he left to go see Alfred's family without me. Then this morning I kinda' bit his head off about it" I said, feeling a little guilty that I did so. I looked at the bacon and put some down on a pan that was being heated. My mom patted my pack and rubbed small curcles into my back.
"It's okay hon, everything'll work itself out" She muttered and I nodded, still preparing breakfast.

Alfred came downstairs shyly, looking around at the smell of food.
"Hi." He greeted Riley's mom.

Arthur sat outside on the bench, thinking. He wished he was drunk right now, so nothing would hurt as much. A soft thump beside of him knocked him out of his thoughts. He turned and saw Cassidy sitting beside him.
"uh.." He stammered, raising his thick eyebrows at her.

MY mom turned to Alfred and handed him a peice of bacon "Does this need to be cooked more?" She asked, eyeing the crispy strip. I laughed, she really didn't have a clue.

Cassidy sat cross-legged besides Arthur and smiled smally at him.
"My sister is such a b*tch" She pressed, trying to get Arthur to say something bad about Riley "I mean, who does that? Just randomly snaps at someone? I mean whata' beotch. She takes after dad, you know. Always quiet, and then, Boom! she bites your head off! It's a shame you have to deal with that!" Cassidy said, placing her hand over Arthur's and frowning.

Alfred smiled and took the food, eating it excitedly.
"No it's perfect, thanks!" He said happily.

Arthur leaned away from her, and pulled his hand away.
"No. Riley has a right to be mad." He said quietly ,not meeting eye contact with Cassidy. She had the same eerie look that Sean gave him, and he shivered.
"I love...her so, yeah." He said.
