As they neared the clearing that the deer always came to Aniu gave Stika some pointers. "Ok, so the trick is to be quiet, then just at the right time, jump and bite down with all your might on their neck, stopping their breathing. Got it?" She asked pumped up.
"I missed you more then you would imagine." Luna said, a lone tear trickling down her cheek.

A buck deer bounded into the meadow, Aniu growled with anticipation. "On three, you go around to the front and scare the deer to me. I'll take it down and you help me, Ok?" Aniu said in full hunter mode almost forgetting she was talking to Stika. "One...Two...Three..." She crept slowly and quietly toward the deer and waited expertly till Stika scared it.
Luna smiled. "Lets tell the pack." She stated clearly but her voice cracked at the end.

Aniu jumped, and bit hard, feeling the skin give way, loving the way the blood felt in her mouth. She growled and snarled tearing flesh. Finally the deer gave up and its heart stopped. Aniu growled at Stika as he approached. "O..ops...sorryyy." She said through clenched teeth around the bucks neck.
Luna walked with Conall to the center of the clearing. "ATTENTION!" She howled.

Aniu broke her grasp. "No no really it's ok." She said looking at the deer, her mouth watering.
"Conall, is the alpha, not me." Luna barked, conviction coloring her tone. She smiled at the confused gazes of the pack and turned ushering Conall to her side.

Aniu perked her ears mid nuzzle hearing the pack howling. she howled. "HHHHHOOOOOWWWWLLLLL" She said sitting back on her hunches. Her voice rose and ended with a lower pitch. She loved howling, she thought of it as singing.
Luna smiled ending the howl. She heard her daughter beautiful voice rising from the forest and howled a small bit more.

Aniu smiled, then it turned into a giggle, then burst out laughing. "I...I...I'm sorry...It's just..." She trailed off clutching her stomach. "We need to work on your howl." She said giggling. She heaved a sigh breathing in gasps after laughing so hard.
Luna cracked a smile. "That is Aniu's mate, Stika.
