Ilac had been hovering, now he was glad as the trees seemed to collapse. He switched forms to get a closer look at the wounds. While they looked bad, they may not have been so. He took out a large cloth (actually a hankerchief) and started wiping off blood.

OOC:// Ilac actually means "healer" in some other language, I'm going to bring this in a couple of times.

Syvor could feel someone touching him. He withdrew instantly and quickly, still not speaking. His wings were sprawled and sore from the moments before he crashed, so he tried to move the right wing. Ah! he screamed in his head. Even if he moved the tip of the wing slightly, a twisting pain sped through his veins, almost like lightning. He gritted his teeth and tried to move the other one. This wing was fine, so he let out a sigh of relief. He beat his good wing as hard as he could to help him rise to his feet. He noticed he was cut in many different places, but it didn't hurt as much as his injured wing, which now hung limply at his side.

Ilac moved with the hawk-human, continually dabbing off blood. Seeing how one wing was limp, he dipped down to check it. "Looks like a bone is broken, and possibly a muscle too. No flying for at least a week," he said sympathetically.

Syvor clenched his jaw and pulled his broken wing away from Ilac harshly. "I don't need your diagnosis." he said flatly and coldly, roughly wiping the blood from his shoulders and arms. Syvor looked around at all the eyes. "What are you all staring at?" he defended. He didn't know they were Halves.

Ilac transformed into full human size, then reached into the backpack he always wore, and pulled out a larch case. Flipping up the clasps and punching in a four-digit passcode, he started rummaging through the numerous first-aid supplies he kept in there. "Man, I wish I was back on my planet," he muttered quietly. "I could use a healing spring right now." He sighed, and finally pulled out a splint that seemed to be made for a large wing, and tape to secure it on. "I know you don't need a diagnosis, but would you like some help?" he asked challengingly.

Bic:// Syvor's gaze darted around at everyone. "Who are you all anyway?" He looked at Ilac. "Including you."

Syvor pulled his limp wing behind him like a cape and folded the other one as he stood proudly and claimed, "My name is Syvor, and as you can see, I'm a Half." he held out his arms in a submissive manner. "If you want to shoot, then shoot."

"I'm Ilac, and you must have noticed by now that I'm a Half," said Ilac, waving the splint expectantly. "Although I haven't heard any other halves. I was about to get to that when you, uh, dropped in." He looked around as if to say Get on with it, already!
