"Do you see any birds around? Sorry, I just had too. But still, Im gonna catch a bird, like this one!" Monday said as she saw hawk on the gorund. She lunged after it, and pounced on the bird. All the force knocked both the skipperkee and the bird of prey into a ditch. "Monday!" Midnight cried. Two little black paws appeared at the top of the small cliff. "Shesh," Monday said, the bird still in her mouth. "Yeah,"she repeated, dropping the bird. The poor hawk was a pittiful sight, it's feathers ripped out, a broken leg and wing, tring to crawl away. "Ok, Monday, finish the job! Bite down on it's neck, and squeeze!" Midnight barked. Monday opened her jaws wide, and bit down. A pathetic wheese from the bird, and a happy howel from Monday. "I did it! I did it!" she cried happily. "See, Tad! I did it! Midnight Midnight! I killed my first bird! Look guys! I did it! And Midnight said I was too young!"

Rascal boudned to Monday. "Yay! Good for you, Moday!" Winter trotted to them, smiling fondly at teh pups.

Laughign wiht glee, Rascal raced after him. She was fast for a pup, her small size helped her with this. She was just a little behind him now.
