Simon's ears flicked, hearing faint howling from the wolf packs off in the woods.

Halina snuggled into his fur a bit more, wanting him to be warm. Even knowing they where warm.

Simon flicked his tail, waiting for the last howl to die down. Then, he raised his own snout and howled deeply.

Halina just... felt completed when she heard his howl, and soon howled with him.

Simon held his note strong and loud, pouring his whole heart into his song. By the time he was done, he was out of breath.

Halina looked over at Simon when he finished and smiled before snuggling her head into his fur, "Love you..." she said softly before she fell asleep soundly.

Halina felt his movement in her sleep, but she didn't wake up, she only thought he moved a bit to get comfy.

Halina walked outside and sat next to him, "Time to go home?" she asked noticing the slowing of the storm.
