Halina shrugged... not saying anything else.

4 weeks later..

7 Days until Christmas, Halina was sleeping inside as the snow was hitting hard in the town. She was sort of worried about Simon.

Simon had gone out early that morning with a new team and had yet to return.

Halina slowly got outside and started to looked around, seeing vacated streets and white all around.

The streets were mostly empty, humans and animals staying indoors because of the snow.

Halina sighed... she sat down near the door where a hard wind blew her from warm to cold in a instant. She shivered but didn't go inside.

Howls filled the empty air for the wolves in the woods, but other then that no sound was made on the streets.

Halina slowly started to go towards the woods, hoping to seek out Simon, no matter how cold she got. She looked for the little ditches that where made by the team, but where mostly covered up, but the boundary is still there. She seeked out for the team.

Simon woke up dazed and confused, he couldn't remember what happened. All he knew was his head was bleeding, he was still in his harness, and he was laying in the snow all alone.

Halina shook the snow that was building on her body, and soon howled into the sky, hoping Simon would hear, and get a reply back.

Simon perked at the howl. He couldn't pinpoint the voice, his head was throbbing with pain. But nonetheless he rose his snout to the sky and howled. Though not for long, after a moment he stopped, holding his head because of how much it hurt.

Halina perked at the howl, she didn't know Simon's howl. Non other less, it was a chance to find him. She started to run for the direction of the howl. It seemed to be on course with the tracks still of the little ditch.

Simon's head was hurting to much for him to handle, he lay back down in the snow to try and let the pain ease off.

Halina sniffed the air, and a faint smell hit her nose, the only smell that she knew the best of. It was Simon! She tried to run faster but when she was off the ground while running the wind knocked her off balance and she fell into the snow, disappearing in seconds inside of it.

Simon didn't move from his spot, his harness was tight around him, tangled in places and he couldn't understand where the rest of the team had gone.
