Warbler wagged her tail, recognizing the paw.
"Prince!" she woofed.

There was a pause and Prince poked his head out of the brush, looking down at her.

Warbler could barely contain her excitement, seeing Prince's face.
"Why are you hidin' in a bush?" She asked.

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Wed Oct 19, 2011 6:21 pm

Prince flattened his ears. "..I always hide.." he said quietly.

"Well...at least come DOWN!" Warbler huffed, staring up at her adopted father.

Prince slowly crept to the truck of the tree and began a careful, skillful decent down. His paws hit the ground as he leapt down.

Warbler wagged her tail seeing Prince wasn't really mad at her; or He didn't seem like it.

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Thu Oct 20, 2011 5:18 am

Prince held his head low, shuffling his forepaws nervously. He didn't want to look up at her, he instead kept his gaze on the ground.

Warbler frowned, remembering she was supposed to be mad at him, but joy overrode the anger.
"I just wanna talk...like, why you wouldn't visi in person?"

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Thu Oct 20, 2011 1:07 pm

"..when..?" he asked. "after or before..the 307?" he tilted his head, having an answer for bother really, but wanting to only give her the answer she waned.

Egg · **Posted:** Thu Oct 20, 2011 1:10 pm

"Well...I'm not sure I was kinda mean..so..both?" She pondered, shuffling lightly on her paws.

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Thu Oct 20, 2011 1:12 pm

"Before the 307..." he lowered his head further. "..i figured you had Duke..and i was such a screw up with you and Duke...i didn't..want to meddle with your new life.." he paused to think about the next part. "And then after...," he shook his head. "No wanted to see me. Alive..that is."

Egg · **Posted:** Thu Oct 20, 2011 1:21 pm

Warbler listened silently, and she lowered her eyes to her paws.
"But..You didn't bother to ask?" She replied, referring to before the 307. "But after I was mad because...well you had me worried sick and I thought I was never going to see you again!"

xWolfPrincex · **Posted:** Thu Oct 20, 2011 1:23 pm

"I..knew you'd be mad..cause i turned into the kinda person you hate.." he said, shuffling his paws. "..i had Princey say i was dead...cause i figured me being dead was better then you knowing i was alive and becoming a horrible person.."

Egg · **Posted:** Thu Oct 20, 2011 1:25 pm

Warbler lowered her ea and pushed her forehead against his.
"But you saved me and that kind of cancels that out if ya think about it! An Princey is stupid." she huffed.
