"Yes, its all that matters." Sauda whispered, as she buried her muzzle in his mane. The love of her life was back, and everything was alright for her. Then, she heard voices raised. She flicked her ears in that direction. She realised that the voices were Shani and Chaka. The two were arguing fiercely.

Shani glared at her brother. "Can't you see how much he loves her?" she yelled at him. "Don't you want Sauda to be happy?" "I do." Chaka growled. "But, she's going to get hurt sooner or later." "Can you stop worrying about the future and just live in the present?" Shani yelled, frustrated. "Something tells me Alonzo loves her too much to get her heart broken. He has eyes only for her, when there are also other lionesses around him." She glared at her brother. Chaka opened his mouth to argue back, but Shani snapped. "Forget it." she snapped. "You are never going to see, are you? You'll see. Soon." She stormed out. Chaka felt her words prick their way into his fur. He thought about how happy Sauda was around him, and how sad she seemed when he had gone missing. What if....? he began to ask himself. What if Shani is right?

Sauda went over to her sister and smoothed out her neck fur with a couple of licks. "What happened?" she asked. "Its Chaka." Shani said, letting out all her frustration. "He always thinks he's the boss. He always thinks about the negative future, never the positive."

"No don't." Shani tried to atop him, but he had already called to Chaka. "This is going to be bad." she told Sauda, and led her sister inside the den. Chaka turned around and saw Alonzo. He walked up, trying not to show hostility in front of his sister's mate. "Can I help you with something, Your Majesty?" he almost spat the last words out, not trying to hide his hostility anymore.

Chaka snarled. "You want to live, don't ever break her heart. Because if I see you do that, I'll rip your heart out." he turned around and vanished into the tall grasses.

Shani and Sauda giggled at his joke. "You really are the bestest friend ever." Shani said to Alonzo.

Shani smiled. "I'm gonna go and hunt for a while." she smiled. "I'll take a few of the other lionesses with me for a hunting patrol." She turned around and went to call a few lionesses together.
