Demetrio stalled, but then started walking again. "Oh," He said, would he have to shoot Molli?

((Yeah, me too.))

Then next morning came and Drake blinked awake after he heard Reggie get up and he saw the dog standing fearlessly, in effort to look for danger.

Molli got up soon after, she felt a lot better then she did yesterday. Abby stirred but closed her eyes and went back to sleep.

(aww, I wanna bring this thread back to life xD I saw the Hunger Games yesterday and it reminded me of this thread lol!)

Drake sat up, and stretched, looking around at Molli and Abby. He didn't speak, he just blinked at the rays of sun light.

Reggie was curled up close to Abby, ears perked and alert.

Molli's pale blue eyes opened up slowly to the mornings light as it spilled across her face. She murmured something, mostly just gibberish and grunts of pain from the throbbing in her sore legs. Her bleeding had ceased completely, but it still stained her clothes without mercy. Dried blood caused her head to become itchy, the cut on her skull throbbed like an angry hornet. She sat up stiffly. Thought she did feel better, her joints were still sore and worn.

Drake stood up, popped his back, and his neck, before stretching out, unintentionaly flexing with the relaxing movement. Once he was done, he sighed and huffed. He turned his emerald blue eyes to Molli. He couldn't undestand what she said, only that it was an array of grunts and groans. He looked at Reggie who had now lifted his head and was carefully watching each person, except Abby who slept close to him.

Meanwhile...

Wesley had managed to track the kids, now he and Demetrio hid in the bushes just on the outskirts of the clearing watching the kids quietly, and waiting on the right time to get them.

Abby tossed in her sleep, then finally stretched awake. She grumbled the same as Molli, her hair messy and wild. Molli sighed, cracking her neck and pull Abby onto her lap. She racked clawed fingers through the young girl's caramel hair. Abby whined and yelped in pain.
"Hush now, it doesn't hurt that much." Molli insisted.
"Ya, it doeesssss" Abby whined.
Molly sighed and braided the younger's hair.

Demetrio watched his sisters interact with each other, he hadn't seen them in a while.

Reggie sat up and gave a defensive little growl toward Molli- at Abby's yelp of pain. Being more protective over the young feral than he ever was over Drake. Drake only smiled and chuckled under his breath.

Tommy watched quietly before looking at Demitrio "You up for this?" He asked, doubting the boy because of his relation to the girls.

Abby squirmed out of Molli's grasp finally, much to Molli's dismay. She sighed then stood shakily. Her joints still sore, her stance stiff. She sniffed once, then looked over at Drake.
"When do we head off?" she asked.

Demetrio snorted and nodded, "Yeah, they don't mean anything to me anymore."

"Good... We are only after Gunpowder... The little one, hmm.. nature can take care of her, whatever happens must happen. And we need Drake and his dog... They've been corrupted, but I can beat that out of them." Tommy smirked.

Reggie hurried to Abby, circling and sniffing her to make sure she was alright.

"We can leave in a minute, lemme pack up." Drake yawned.

Demetrio nodded, looking after Gunpowder and Sunshin. They really didn't mean anything to him. He was too messed up in the head to care anymore. If he did care, he'd have all ready gone insane. But Demetrio didn't care, therefore he had castes a force frield of indifference around him. He squinted against the sun, waiting until he could attack.

Molli nodded, looking around once then casting her glance down at Abby

"I'm going for gunpowder, you go after sunshine... If you get her: Drake'll fight back. Take him..." Tommy stated.

"Alright, let's do this." Demetrio demanded, becoming impatient. He ran out into the clearing, wielding his tazer in one hand and nightstick in the other. His blond hair fell in a mess over his eyes, his lips were pulled back into a vicious snarl. The tazer crackled to life and Demetrio made a B-line for Sunshine. Molli yelped and threw herself at him, but the soldier dodged and he grabbed Abby around the middle. The young girl, taken aback by the sight of her brother, at first welcomed him, before realizing he was bad. But by the time her hazel eyes had processed all this, it was too late. She struggled in his arms.

"Sunshine-" Drake cut off when Tommy appeared and rushed for Molli grabbing her and putting her in a headlock. Drake didn't know which girl to try and save, and he had lost sight of Reggie.
