STALEY Because pink is an incredibly manly color. XD. AIC'll be orange.

Staley felt his front paws sink into the snow. He was up to his mid-forelegs in it. A blizzardly wind smacked him in the face. He turned around.
"Do we have to go out?" He asked his mate, AIC, who had just peeked her head out of the cave.
"Yeah," she said, stepping into the snow herself. She was pretty much up to her shoulders. Well... Past her elbows, but still. Close enough.
"And you're sure about this?" Staley asked, trying not to laugh as the much smaller she-wolf was looking around, obviously trying to see if the snow was any thinner nearby.
"Mmhmm," she said, trying to hop out of the thick snow. She only ended up launching herself into a deeper pile. Staley snickered and quickly went to go fish her out of the snow. As soon as he did, AIC looked more like a white wolf than a light brown one.
"Do you need me to carry you?" He asked, pulling her onto a log.
"No..." She paused and looked at the log. "You can just drag this log." She said, laughing.
"WHAT?!" Staley exclaimed. He felt his eyes go wide. "Are you serious?"
"Unless you want a frozen and dead AIC, I am." She replied flatly, shaking a little bit of snow off of her fur.
"I'd go necrophiliac for you," Staley snickered, nuzzling AIC's cheek.
"You're not normal," AIC sighed, shaking her head. She was smiling though.
"But that's why you love me," Staley murmured. AIC shrugged and smiled.
"Yeaahh...." She sighed, blushing a little. Staley sighed and stared at the log.
"How far?" Staley asked. AIC rose an eyebrow. "And in what direction?" He asked again. AIC still looked confused. "I'm pulling this darn log, even if it kills me." Staley said, trying is best to sound determined.

Staley.... STILL

"Can you walk now?" Staley asked, letting go of the log. There was an incredibly long trail through the snow by now, and Staley didn't feel like adding to it.
"How deep is the snow?" AIC asked quizically. Obviously, she didn't want a repeat of the earlier incident. Staley looked down, the snow was only up to his ankles.
"Not deep at all," Staley shrugged. Now watch it be totally deep where she steps out on. He watched as she catiously stepped off. And amazingly, the snow was only up to her lower forelegs. Neither of them said anything for a few minutes. Staley watched as AIC took a few steps past him.
"There are a couple wolves up ahead," she said looking back, giving a "why not?" look.
"Mmkay. Let's go find out if they want to kill us or not." Staley said sarcastically. AIC gave him a dark look and darted ahead. Staley followed, running as well.
