Rango snarled, but tentavly backed away, leaving Logan and Derek. Logan, furious, took hold of Derek and pulled him off.

"Oh, Rango," Sorren whined. "Are..are you alright?"

Rango panted, blood dripping from his tounge.
"I believe i'll live..." He said reassuaringly.

Sorren folded her ears back and nodded. The fur along her spine lowered as she calmed down.

Rango nuzzzled Sorren and sighed deeply into her fur.
"Let's get outta here o kay?"

Sorren nodded.
"Yea, let's go," she said.

Rango turned and began to limp away, looking behind him for Sorrne

Sorren turned and followed Rango, immediately moving to his side.

The next day....

Rango peered outside the cave, and then looking back in to a sleeping Sorren. Afraid to walk outside, he walked back in and sat down beside Sorren, and licked her head lightly.

Sorren twitched her ear and raised her head. Seeing Rango was up, she sat up and yawned.

Rango smiled at her, and licked her head again, and licked her cheek, and her muzzle.
"Morning beautiful. AND don't even tell me i look good, i must look like a trainwreck of blood..." Rango joked, smiling wider.

Sorren giggled softly.
"But you look just fine like that," she smiled.

Rango huffed, and sat down on his haunches, and made a failed attempt to flatten down his hair.
"Sure, sure....And i bet oyu'd say i still looked good with no eyes, ears or nose!!" He teased.

Sorren smiled.
"Of course i would," she said as she licked his cheek.

"No!! that's not the point!!" he said laughing, licking her back. He sighed, and rolled onto his back, looking up at Sorren.
"Well... I guess that means you love me too?" he said shyly.
