Pheonix push against the bars of his cage. It was a tight fit.
He licked the female's nose. "Thank you" He said as he eat more of the dog food to get the taste of metel of his mouth. There was a goofy grin on his face.

Crash smiled and wagged his tail while sleeping, as he dreampt of Vira.

Jacob watched as Ace walked out of the room. "Hey, Pheonix is it? What are you really in here for? You can't be in here for just being a stray. You have to do something bad like all the other strays to earn a spot in the cage or in the cells." he said, then laughed.

"Yes that is me, I was put in here for a few fights I got into. I chased a few tails and there mates and their humens didn't like it." Pheonix said as he looked at the new male that was talking to him. "So, who are you? the husky asked with a different tune then what he used for Ace.

Jade-Lyn raised her eyebrows in suprise and stepped back from the cage. "No problem, Some police dogs are nice" she said, Glancing to the door and then back to the Husky as he talked to Jacob.

Dakota nuzzled Sparrow again "I suppose I should get back to the station" he said. Tehy'd been hanging out for the last hour now.

Sparrow raised her eyes to his face "You sure COdy?" she asked.

Dakota nodded then started back.

"The name's Jacob. But you don't have to call me sir." he said laughing. "Well a few fights can't keep you here forever. The others strays have done far worse and they stay here for very short times. We should fix that soon." he replied, but looked at Jade when he said the last sentence.

Pheonix said noticing Jacob looking at the female he had flirted with earty. Where they togather? The husky wondered as he worked his legs. "I have clamps in places I didn't know I had." the husky said to himself.

Dakota skidded into the building "Sorry Guys, I was with Sparrow and I sort of lost track of time. He then noticed Pheonix "Whos the husky?" he asked.

Vira watched the sky get darker, she looked up and saw the colors of the sky getting blended together.

Ace paced around the station. His human gave him a pat on the head and a quick "Good Boy." Before he had to leave to go bust some drug dealers. He left and wandered into the police dog room and layed down in his bed with his head on his paws glaring at the wall.

Jacob turned back to Pheonix. "Hotdogs? Like the ones you ate earlier?" he asked. "And by the way, you got guts kid, if you're brave enough to flirt with a cop." he said laughing, then turned to the left and lay down by the cage. He wanted to relax a little.

" I either have guts or I am crazy" Pheonix said as he noticed Dakota.
"I am named Pheonix, young one I was dragged in here about a few hours ago." He said
Demon had flirted with a cop and had told Ace off, to him he was being himself noting more.

Dakota nodded BUt Growled Slightly "DOnt call me young one stray" he said Angrily. Rookie he could put up wth but Young one made him sound like a pup. He Glared at pheonix for a second before sitting on the other side of the room "Stupid freaky eyed stray" he muttered.

Ace twitched his ear at the conversation. See how he didn't like to be looked down at. He snorted and got up, Dakota its just about to close up for the day, want to come sweep a quick patrol with me?

Vira still watched the sky, the colors fading from the pink and blues into the darker blues and blacks.
