(Aww they do look cute, did you draw that yourself? Because if you did then you are really good. I don't mind when we put the charrie pages up, do it whenever you finish one, if we just put them on one at a time it would probably be easier, but when you do link it because I want to see Angel in all her glory )

Karba burst out of the bushes with a snarl, pushing Dawn away and pinning Jaka. 'You thievin', lyin' little runt, Trooper get over here' he growled, lowering his maw to Jaka's throat. He looked at Dawn, blinking once, and then looked back at Jaka. He raised his head slightly, and relaxed a bit, and a confused expression crossed his face. 'Uh...have you...please don't tell me you guys have made up, please' he said, looking at both Dawn and Jaka in turn.
Jaka had been running towards Dawn when he felt her crashing into him. He laughed as she landed on him, and licked her gently on the top of her head. 'It's ok Dawn, I shouldn't have run away, that was wrong of me, but I am glad I have found you again, I would be lost without you and if you think that you want pups, then we can have pups, just not now' he said happily, sighing with content as he felt Dawn nuzzle into his chest. All of a sudden his contentment was pushed aside as he felt Dawn seperate from him and be replaced with Karba. He lay there not moving, as he watched him slowly figure out what had happened, and then he laughed. 'What say you Karba, are you going to get off me now' he said with a smirk.

(It's better than I could do, so in my eyes it is great , but seriously it is very good)

'Oh dear, Dawn I am so so sorry, I didn't realise...I thought that...well you were upset and...geez I have dug myself a pretty big pit haven't I?' Karba said, slowly getting off of Jaka. He sat down, suddenly feeling sleepy and not trusting his legs to hold him up. 'I think, to be honest Trooper, that we have made a bit of a mistake' he sighed, the hint of a smile crossing his face.
Jaka stood up, lickingt Dawn on the head for reasurrance. 'Come on, these are your big goofy brothers, do you really think they would hurt us' he whispered to her, grinning from ear to ear. He faced Trooper and Karba, still grinning, and said simply 'we never broke up'. He shook his head, hoping that what he said was true, but he would have to wait until he and Dawn were alone before they could talk about it properly. 'It's late guys, we should probably get back to sleep' he said, nudging Dawn slightly and licking her cheek.

--Meanwhile--

Shar woke with a jump. 'Darla, wuh...what are you doing awake, it is the middle of the night--' she started, but trailed off when she saw Darla's confused and torn expression. She sat up, now feeling sorrow for her sister. 'Hey, what's up, stil cross about Jaka' she asked.

(*Brahma nuzzles Angel* 'You look as gorgeuos as you did when I first met you'. Also angel, you haven't posted on that dragon rp you joined. I don't know if you dropped out or something, or if you haven't had the time, but it would be great if you could, even if you miss posting on this as well, I don't mind.

Karba trailed behind at the back of the group as they all headed back to the den. He had a half smile on his face, and he was glad that Dawn had forgiven him, but all the time he was wondering how the future would hold for them. They couldn't really stay in that den their whole lives, they would long to travel as most wolf pups did, long to get away from familiar territory and into their own. Karba sighed, but began to help Trooper dig out their own den. 'At least this one will be dryer than a bush' he said.
Jaka walked next to Dawn, sticking close to her. He didn't ever want to leave her side again, no matter what happened. As they approached the den, Jaka felt a strange sense of longing, but also a feeling that he was being watched. He turned around, scanning the bushes and trees, and then spotted something among the branches of a nearby oak tree. (Ok Balto type moment here) A large raven sat perched, its head tilted towards him, and it seemed to be watching him. It was like a normal raven, all black, apart from what looked to be a gold feather on its chest, hanging perfectly in center as if it were a necklace. It let out a shriek and flapped its wings, flying off into the distance. Jaka glanced behind him at Dawn, and as much as he knew this raven was different, he had to stay for Dawn's sake. He turned away and crept into the den, lying down to wait for Dawn's warm touch beside him.
'It wasn't all your fault, I helped and that is why we are both here and the others have gone to have adventures, it's like poetic justice' Shar said, knowing that it was only fair that they were stuck here. But all the same, the family was broken now, and it was their fault.

(Ok, that's fine, I'm probably going to stay active on the forums etc because I'm making my own fanfic. It is a really random one, it's about Jenna before she meets Balto and she meets this other husky, she hates him at first but they grow to love each other, and then they have a litter of pups, but only one survives, something happens and the other husky abandons Jenna and the single surviving pup. Meh, it probably sound rubbish like that)

Karba followed his brother into the den, still feeling the bits of earth stuck between his paws. He lay down on the soft, damp ground, and yawned 'night Trooper' in reply. He lay his head down, but it took him a few more minutes to finally get to sleep, and the last this running round his mind was what will happen next?
Jaka nuzzled Dawn as she lay next to him, but she seemed a bit nervous about something. 'Is everything ok Dawn' he asked, laying his head on her back to comfort her. He could smell her fur, it smelt a lot like the sand they were laying on, but with a hint of fresh berries, it was wonderful.
'If we do would they want us to go with them, I don't know, but whatever you decide I will do as well' Shar replied, sighing.

(Not like that, that was a very quick summary. It is all in Jenna's perspective, so she is telling the story. When I finish a bit more of it I will send you a sneak preview via pm , can't wait to see our fanfic come together)

Jaka sighed, and shut his eyes as well, but heard Dawn shuffle. When he opened his eyes he saw that her muzzle was right by his, and that she was asleep already (or so he thinks). He licked her gently on the tip of the nose and whispered 'good night Dawn' in her ear. He shut his eyes, and was soon asleep.
'I suppose so, but try, really try Darla, to apologise. I will as well, but I think that is the only way they will forgive us' Shar called, bounding after Darla. As she reached her she slowed to walk at her pace.

(Sorry that was a really short post but Karba's asleep, Jaka is now asleep and Shar isn't probably going to do much yet)

(Can't wait for Dawn's page, I'm working on Karba's at the moment, and don't worry about the posting, I don't mind about the fastness or length, long is good )

In almost an instant the voices stopped, but a ghostly hissing sound was in their place. A voice Jaja recognised but had long forgotten rang through the air, it sounded distant and cold, but he didn't fear it. 'Follow the trail, find the ice, spill the blood of the forgiven upon stones so cold'. The voice retreated and Jaka could feel conciousness returning.
He woke with a jump, eyes wide and mouth open slightly, but he quickly returned to normal when he felt Dawn's head on top of his. He knew he wouldn't be able to sleep again, not for a long time, but he shut his eyes anyway. Another noise made him open his eyes quickly, the sound of shouting and barking. He gently eased Dawn's head off him, and snuck out of the den. He could smell Karba and Trooper in the den next door, and he barked for them to wake up. I just hope I haven't disturbed Dawn he thought.
Shar followed Darla excitedly, wondering what they would say to Dawn and Jaka. She stopped when Darla did, and the word she muttered sent chills down her spine. 'Should we go look for them?' she asked, but Darla's reply came almost instantly. She heard the barking just after her sister, and even as she turned to look she knew what it was. She didn't need to be told twice, and began to run straight after Darla. But all of a sudden, Darla wasn't there, and as much as Shar didn't want to, she stopped and turned around. Ther was Darla, lying on the ground, her leg bleeding badly as the steel jaws of the bear trap dug themselves in slowly. The dogs were getting closer, and she could see the metallic glint of the humans' guns. What should I do, if I stay I might get shot, if I go then I am abandoning my sister she thought. Time was running out.
