Wolfer was awake all this time while the other dogs were talking about escaping, but was pretending to be asleep and just listened in on their plans. He never did like talking too much to dogs that he wasn't close to, and ever since he was caught and put in this place just like the rest of these dogs, he barely uttered a few words to the other dogs. He even forgot how long he was here. A month? Two months? Three? Needless to say, he wanted to escape more than anything, and this seemed like the right moment. He opened his eyes and said, not talking to anyone in particular, but rather to the entire group. "You can count me in, there's nothing I'd like more than to escape from this...pound...I have a suggestion to make though. I believe that smaller dogs should go ahead first, since they have a better chance of escaping or slipping unnoticed...As for us larger dogs, we should stay behind and be ready to fend of humans should the need for...conflict arise. Do you agree?"

Emuku was the first one to be taken to the cages. He snorted at the humans but let them do it with out a fight. They would be out of where with any luck by midnight.

Jiko was placed to the cage too. He sat down, and looked at the other dogs at the cages. "Okay, I'll try to eat everything, but I think I will vomit - I don't need a lot of food," He murmured to Roxie. Jiko yawned, he felt quite sleepy, but he tried his best no to sleep.

Wolfer was also placed in a cage. He made no attempts to resist the humans, he was saving his strength for later. When he was presented food, he ate all of it in a very short time. If this plan fails...I will personally attack every human in this pound until I free myself or die...I'm fed up being locked up, and for what? For just being on the streets After he finished eating, he turned his large head to the cage that was just right of his, and spotted a female Irish Settler. "By the way, I'm Wolfer" he said to her.

Varazi lay down in his cage, looking at the food distainfully. He glanced every now and again at Roxie, waiting for her to make a move, he was so anxious to be out and free. Jiko was in a nearby cage, and he whispered in a grumble 'do you think we will get out?'

"I have no idea," Jiko wishpered. He looked at the food, and then added," But I hope so."

Jiko tried to ate the food from the food bowl as fast as he can. When he finished, he looked at everyone, from their small 'group'. He sat down and waited.

Emuku ate his food slowly. But he ate every last bit. As a pup his mother told him that eating slower may fill you up faster. Emuku was going to put that advise to the test tonight.

Wolfer nodded at Roxie. He too was more for action, and he can get to know these dogs later. Right now the only thing on his mind was escape. He placed his head on his front paws and just waited for any signal to start, then he would truly test his strength and resolve.

Tisha did exatcly the same thing. When she walked out of cave, she slowly walked near Roxie and asked," What we're going to do now?" She asked.

Jiko tried to put his paw through the bar, but his paws were too big. He saw how Tisha ran up to him and helped him to get out. "Thanks," He said to her.

Wolfer observed the same thing that Roxie did and repeated the same thing. It worked. He stepped out of his cage and looked around. He sniffed the air. From what he could tell, the Humans weren't close. He then looked at Roxie and said "What now?"
