"Something about her makes me think of Athina" Flash said. "But she's gone now, never to return to us" He closed his eyes in pain and sorrow.
"Did your mother die?" Nica asked. She was curled up between Cura and her tail.
"No, she is alive somwhere, somewhere watching over me." Cura anwered. She looked up at Balto and Flash. "Your loved ones who are lost will always be alive, if you look closely into your heart." She said.

"My mother always told me our bodies are only were are spirits live on earth, the body can die but the spirits of pure and noble people never die, Athina and Rico where pure, they'll never truely die, their spirits will live forever, Athina was a mother that died before her child was raised, my mom said that when a mother dies like that, they never leave their child, they stay with them their whole life. You think that way Cura?"

Athina wanted so bad to tell she was Nica;s mother and Flash's mate. "Yes, my father told that to me when my mother was killed by a butcher in Applegate" She knew Flash knew that story.
"Thats funny, My mate who died today's mother died by a butcher. Did you know anybody named Athina in Applegate?" He asked.
Cura answered quickly. "No, never have" She said.

Nica nodded. "She is just like momma, She has momma's green eyes too." Nica said. She curled up next to Flash and decided to go to sleep.
"I guess we all should be getting some sleep." Flash yawned. "You can stay in here if you want to Cura. Athina's nest is open." Flash added. He started to make Nica and his nest bigger for them both.
"Thank you" Cura said as she settled herself in Athina's nest of moss.
"Yah, I better be getting home now" Jenna said. "The hunters are best off gone" She stood up and flicked her tail in goodbye. She hoped out of the boat and ran home.
