"Any what about Zorua?!" asked Riolu, showing her "big sister" mentality towards Zorua again. "I know REAPR is our enemy, but Zorua is our friend! We can't leave him like this!"

REAPR started laughing psychotically. "YOU AND I ARE VERY ALIKE, FLOATZEL," he said. "THAT IS THE LOGICAL THING TO DO, NOT GUIDED BY PATHATIC EMOTION, he continued. "CHOOSING TO RISK THE SAFETY OF YOUR OWN FRIEND FOR YOUR MOTIVATIONS, THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT I WOULD DO IN YOUR POSITION. YOU AND I ARE MORE ALIKE THAN YOU WOULD CARE TO ADMIT."

"DO YOU HONESTLY BELIEVE THREATENING MY HOST BODY WOULD DO ANYTHING?" asked REAPR. "i FEEL NOTHING THIS BODY DOES. I MERELY USE IT AS A PUPPET," said REAPR. "I WILL TELL YOU WHAT I WANT WHEN I WANT TO, YOU CANNOT HARM ME, THERE IS NO WAY I WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING EXCEPT WHAT I WANT YOU TO KNOW," he explained. "YOU'RE A FOOL. IT SHOULD BE OBVISIOUS THAT I CANNOT BE INTERIGATED THROUGH A HOST BODY. AND AS A RESULT OF YOUR FOOLISHNESS, YOU'VE FALLEN INTO MY TRAP," he said, several REAPR infected Vibrava landing around them accompanied by an also infected Flygon. "I NEEDED TO KEEP YOU IN ONE PLACE SO I COULD ATTACK YOU IN FORCE AND KILL YOU ALL. AND YOU, FLOATZEL, ARE THE ONE TO THANK FOR IT," he said, laughing maniacally as his henchmen closed in.

Floatzel smiled and asked "Did you actually think I didn't see this coming? You are such a fool yourself." His clones came out of hiding and used Hydro Pumps on the infected Pokemon around the team. The real Floatzel laughed and said "Did you actually think you could outdo me of all sentient life? Viruses are alive as well. You are able to make choices REAPR and therefore you are alive. That is the very definition of living. Being able to choose what you do. Anything not alive would have to follow orders and you do not."

"INCORRECT!" stated REAPR, getting upset. "MY DEFIENTION OF SENTIENT LIFE IS AN ENTITY CAPABLE OF MAKING DISCESISIONS AND HAS A LIFE FORCE. I LACK A LIFEFORCE, THEREFORE I AM NOT SENTIENT LIFE. I AM A SENTIENT VIRUS!" he stated. "I AM DONE TALKING TO YOU! YOU ARE ILLOGICAL! YOUR MIND IS ILLOGICAL! YOUR EXISTIENCE IS ILLOGICAL! AND YOU ARE ILLOGICAL AND POINTLESS!" he yelled in a rage before leaving Zorua to the virus alone, causing him to go rabid.
"Can we cure Zorua now?" asked Riolu, still worried. She knew Riolu had a good point, but she was more worried about Zorua now that REAPR. Sure blasted a Vibrava with Aura Sphere, knocking it out.
Glameow used Assist, using Ice Punch on one and knocking it out. "Use ice if possible, it's really effective on these."

Floatzel's clones used Ice Beam on the Pokemon while the real Floatzel used Blizzard on Zorua to cure him. He then used Blizzard while twirling around to attack all of the Pokemon surrounding them.

Zorua was knocked out by the attack, shattering the darkness.
Riolu ran over and fed him a Reviver Seed. "You ok, Zorua?"
Zorua got up, nodding, though his chest was still injured. "I'm fine..."
Glameow looked to Floatzel. "Let's try a team attack," she said, using Assist and copying his Ice Punch to knock out a Vibrava. "On Flygon, it's the biggest threat," she said as it tried Hyper Beam, forcing her to dodge.

Zorua, though hurt, started fighting as well, using Shadow Ball.
