Carmen fumbled with her cards. "Tara do you have a two?"
Tara shook her head. "Sorry."
Carmen drew a card from the pile, disappointed as she placed it into her hand.

Ellis sighed and gave her a Queen.
"How about an eight?"
Ellis glared and handed her an eight.
Tara took it with pride and asked, "And an ace?"
Ellis glared open-mouthed at the girl.

Tara smiled at Chase, then took the ace from Ellis. "Now I want your three."
Ellis threw his hands in the air and handed her his last card, then sighed and laid back on the floor. "I lost." he announced.
Tara placed down all four of her pairs. "I win!" she beamed.
