OOC: I might be able to get some more people 2 join. Maybe.

Delgado & Mango:
They walk the lonely forests. Waiting for someone to come along and decide to take them home. Mango was about as tall as Delgado. Delgado watched every slightest bit of movement.

OOC: Well I pretty much forgot where my character was but I do remember the last place he went so I'll just continue from there.

Crash trotted along the deserted alley, desperately wishing he had someone else to talk to. It was lonely being on his own once more, especially since he had come to the realization only moments ago that not all humans were terribly evil. His tail swished from side to side as he sniffed the air in an attempt to find something. His stomach was rumbling lightly. Chase suddenly realized he hadn't eaten in a little while, and he decided to find some food. On his way out of the outskirts of the alley, though, he found himself bumping into a large German Shepherd.

"Oof!" He said outloud, as his slim figure tumbled to the floor. His light eyes traveled upward, sweeping the shepherd from head to toe. "Who are you?" He said quietly, fascinated all of a sudden that there was a second German Shepherd next to him. The second seemed younger, but they were about the same height. He tilted his head in curiousity, forgetting his quest for food and suddenly wannting to get to know these two mysterious canines.

Delgado:
Delgado. He said moving his fur out of the way to show his leather collar with a bagde clipped onto it. He also had a choke collar on but they both fit perfectly. Mango had a choke collar but no police collar.

As soon as the dog revealed something of an identity, Crash's eyes widened. His curious smirk and hope for some company vanished into thin air, leaving a desperate grimace to replace it instead. The brownish-orange, white colored wolf backed up a bit, tucking his tail between his legs noticeably. "I er..." He stuttered, trying his best to take a few tentative steps back. This dog may have not had a master that could take him directly to the pound, but surely a police dog and its officer partner could call animal control in a heart beat.

Crash had done his fair share of stealing, and although he was beginning to trust humans a bit more than he had before, he wasn't about to go trusting every person he saw with open paws. A police officer was one to watch. A police dog, even more so. "I think I have to go," He said softly but audibly, and turned to bolt the other direction. He knew he wasn't going to be fast enough if the other dog decided to give chase, but then again he may have just been confused and end up leaving Crash alone. His bandaged injuries kept him from speeding down the way he came, so it was going to be a slow going.

Mango: He leapt infront of Crash. He wagged his tail in a dominant sort of way. Holding his tail high an head high. Where ya' goin'! He yipped playfully.

Seeing Mango, the younger looking one with a dominant but playful look causes Crash to slide his paws against the asphalt, desperately hoping for a clean halt before he tumbled into the German Shepherd. He managed to make it, if not for a few inches, without having to prove his name. He didn't crash into Mango. He let out a soft puff of relief before realizing that now he was trapped. "I... well-" He stopped himself. How was he supposed to make up an excuse? Crash let out a nervous laugh. "You guys wouldn't turn me in, would you...?" He asked tentatively.

Shaela walked the allyways. This was her escape...from all of the pain she had gone through. The bruises on her body were sore as ever. The cut to her leg bled lightly, having re-opened earlier that day. She was out and had lost her collar a while back. Now a stray, she was in danger...of the humans who she had grown to mistrust. That was behind her now. She was smart enough to stay far away from them. She smelt dogs and a strange smell that smelt of wild canine drifting in the breeze.

Mango: He grinned and wagged his tail nervously. Turn you in for what? He looked at Delgado who was watching. He is remembering where he is and who he is letting his son talk to. He is acting very protective, like a police dog should.

Crash seemed to diffuse a bit. If the pup liked him, perhaps the bigger dog wouldn't feel so hostile? And besides, if he didn't know what Crash was guilty of, then maybe Crash had nothing to hide. Stealing wasn't a huge and terrible crime. Murder was something else, and he'd known a few dogs in his short life span that had done so in the fights around the city, but that was behind him. Since Crash had not really been involved, the only thing he carried were the memories. Not the crime. Even then, though, he carried some sort of guilt for never saying a thing...

"Oh, er... never mind then, I guess." Crash chuckled, trying desperately to get rid of the nervousness in his voice. He turned back to the other dog, Delgado, and was about to suggest if the duo wanted to get food, but mentally cursed himself out to stop from letting a word escape. How stupid he was! Well, it's not my fault, he reasoned. Just about every dog out here wants a meal, right? Whatever. It wasn't worth his time to be throwing around thoughts aimlessly.

Crash sniffed the air, craving the hotdogs and hamburgers that wafted their scents to his nose. Before he could stop himself, a tiny drop of saliva escaped his sealed lips, and when he realized it, Crash lapped it up quickly. Embarrassed, he tried trotting a bit past Delgado, attempting to see where the smell came from without attracting attention from the two shepherds. He'd have to play it cool from now on. As he continued to sniff the air in the chase for food, though, he sensed another dog nearby. Really near by. "There's someone close," he said, grasping at the chance to cover up his 'sniffing act', in case they were going to ask.

Delgado:
He looked at Crash. He let a slight growl slip out of his throat. Hey, I've seen your face before! On a wanted poster in the police station! They nicknamed you 'The Runaway'. He stood tall and stiff legged. Mango mimiked.

Shaela could hear voices. Her first instinct was to run. But she felt rooted to the spot she now stood. She could tell they weren't human. They were canine like she was. But she didn't know what would happen if the voices were to find her.

Crash was in something of a stupor when he let out a jarring laughter. "The Runaway? What an awesome nickname." He tugged at his bandages, losing himself in thought and almost forgetting he had two stiff dogs behind him that could very easily drag him to his doom. "I didn't always run... did I?" He whispered to himself. A flash of his old life swept across him. He had once been owned by a boy, but that boy's father threw him out the first chance he got.

Despite what anyone may have believed, being shot earlier wasn't Crash's first time. He had been shot before. These bandages weren't exactly a new concept to him. It was his boy who took him to the vet, and that same boy who gave him the blue bandana he wore like a noose around his neck. He would never ever forget that boy, even if the name or thought never escaped his lips. No one knew of his old life; he'd like to keep it that way. Although he didn't always run away... the first time, he had been thrown out. From there he'd never be thrown out again. Maybe the Runaway was accurate enough.

He turned with an expressionless face to the two Shepherds. This was very unlike the usual Crash; the facade he put on saying everything was alright had all but disappeared. It was no longer a joke now that his boy was set like a picture in his mind. "Do what you want with me," he said. "I assure you, I won't run this time." He heaved his chest outward, allowing his bandana to protrude; the action made him look a lot larger than he actually was.

Shaela began to walk again. This time in the direction of the voices. She peered around the corner to see the two German Shepards and a wolf. She knew that she quite possibly needed to run when they saw her, but she was quite curious.
