"Pet name. That's the problem." he said rolling his eyes a bit.

"And.... I'm sick of having to be babysat like I'm some foolish cub that can't be trusted. I'm most likely going to be a father now, my brother is in the pack Julius talked to and tried to get me to join. Julius doesn't care what happens to me as long as I'm away from you. If I have to join that pack just to get away from him, then I guess I will!" he snapped loudly, on his feet now. He began pacing back and forth, more in frustration than anything else. Then he went into the corner of room near a small window. He peered out to see the sun setting over the horizon. "I can't imagine me being the sun. I'm more like Drakaar than anything else." he snorted to himself, though it was loud enough for Delilah to have heard. She wouldn't understand and would probably ask him about it like she would everytime he mentioned something she didn't know about. And that's why he said it out loud. The last thing he wanted to do was spend the rest of the day without hearing her voice. He sighed and rested his head on the window sill slowly falling asleep, very lightly.

Russet opened one eye. "Neither do I, but I can't stand Julius any longer. I've tried to earn his trust, but I always seem to sink lower and lower." he sighed. "I can't live with him if he treats me the way he is." He rested his head on the window sill again, staring out into the darkening sky.

Russet turned to her, confused. All this time she had denied the fact that they would most likely have pups. And now she brought it up. He growled softly, the way he always would when talking about something he didn't want to talk about. "Where would we go?" he asked sternly. "Julius will never let you leave with me. He doesn't even trust you being next to me while he lives here with us."

Russet frowned. "Maybe I'm not the only one with the mind of Drakaar." he said.

"Not that, who." he sighed. "It's just an old wolf legend. He's one of our versions of a god. Well, more of an evil god, if you ask me."

"Well, that's a story you'll have to listen to.... I'm not sure if you really want to listen to it. It's really just a cub's story but I could tell you it if you want." he said, looking at her now, a bit confused on why she's so interested in his wolf stories.

Russet cleared his throat and began the story. "Drakaar wasn't always so different. He used to be seen as a wonderful wolf to his parents, Father Time and Mother Earth." he looked at her and continued. "Mother Earth was said to have created the Earth and everything on it. Father Time on the other hand was said to have made time and controlled it's limits and speed. This is how they got their names... obviously. Together they had three sons: Sol, Lunos, and Drakaar. Sol was to power the sun. Lunos powered the moon. Drakaar was supposed to give darkness when needed. This is how they recieved their names. But Drakaar didn't want this for himself."

"Shall I go on?" Russet asked, still hesitant to tell her the end of the story.
