My brother went to a bordingn school and he wanted to see if his school computer would still work and my other computer is not plugged in, and I'm at school, plus, I can't use my dad's comp. because he would get mad at me so, sorry for the long wait. Ace slowly walked down the street with his head lowered, he was dissapointed because he didn't get the chance to take that walk with Cassie. A little smile on his face thinking about her beautiful black fur and how she made Ace's heart beat faster. His smile grew bigger when he saw Cassie sitting down in an alley and there was nobody with her. Maybe his luck was changing and he would have some time alone with her. He trotted up to Cassie."Wow, even this old alley looks beautiful when you're in it...what are you doing here?" Ace was trying to keep it cool but he could feel his heartbeat starting to go faster.

Cassie was so lost in her thoughts, of Ace ironically, that she hadn't heard him trot up behind her. She jumped slightly at his voice, but smiled brightly when she turned around to face him. She blushed deeply at his compliment, not sure how to take it. What if he just meant it as friends? Friends could compliment each other, right? She hadn't had a close friend in a while, she was starting to forget what friends did together. "I wanted to get out of the sun," she answered. "My fur doesn't help me much on hot days. The sunlight just loves the black." She shrugged with a shy smile.

"Well that's too bad... I was about to ask you to take a walk with me in the woods, it's not too far but if you want to we can take that walk here in the alley, I'm happy either way." He smiled at Cassie, although it sounded like a joke, he was willing to stay in that alley all day long, he really just wanted to be with Cassie, no matter where or how, and he understood if she didn't want to get in the sun, black fur and the sun are a bad combination after all.

Loretta looked around, then jumped off the couch quickly. She padded around till she reached the kitchen. She saw a bowl of food. It was the kind of dog food she liked. She ate a little of it, and ran outside. Well, not of outside of the backyard, outside of the house. She ran trough the doggie door and she was here. The first thing she did was find a tree so she could lay in the shade of it. Not long after she saw a tree and ran up to it. Then, layed down, feeling as bored as she could. She let out few yawns, and rolled on her back. She started watching the clouds passing by.
