Falling asleep while feeling something scratchy in your ear. Next day, you go to the doctor's office and it turns out the thing was a bug the size of a grain of rice in your ear?

(Remember a grain of rice is HUGE compared to the hole in you ear; this happened to a patient that came into the office my mom works at; she's a nurse and told us that story)
