Whisper opened her eyes stretched and yawned. She shook her fur and answered, " I have no clue. Maybe it's the hunter's dogs sniffing the place out." She said showing worry in her eyes.

"Summer!" She said running up to her. A bear trap snapped her leg. She howled in pain clenching her teeth together. She used her powerful jaws to rip it open. She lightly uncovered the leaves that fell on the ground lightly with her paws so they could watch where they stepped, "Are you okay Summer?" She asked her friend.

"Yeah we do." She said madly at the hunter that set up these horrid traps. She then licked her paw which was broken by the hard snap of the trap.

She smiled and kept walking also. She quickly caught the scent of her brothers, " Let's go a different way. My brother's are near." She said and turned away walking towards where the hunting dogs were. She didn't care what they did to her, she just wanted them out of the way so she could hunt freely again.
