"Hey son! Who's this lovely girl." Shade winked. "Sabora. Mom said she could stay thet night, because she doesn't have a home." Kavaki said. "Oh, okey, help yourself to the food, Sabora." Shade said. After they ate, Sabora went and sat outside the den. I can't do this, these pups were ment to help Echo's human, andnow she will stay sick, and.. she could die. And its all my fault. She thought. Will he come for me? Will they take me back? What? She didn't know it, but she'd been mumbling the words to herself. "Sabora? What did you say?" Kavaki asked. Sabora didn't know he was there, and when he spoke she jumped. "Huh?" She asked. "What did you say?" He rereated. "Somthing about puppies?". Meanwhile, Carmen and Echo sat at there humans bed, she was sick, but getting better. "I can't beleve those wolves got out!" She moand. Carmen whined and put her head on her hand.

"It's oaky Girl...." She tried to smil but coughed. The dogs.... well dog and wolf.... went into the den. Carmen was crying on the couch. Echo growled to himself. "No Carmen....I'll fix all of this." Echo snarled and burshed out the door. He was headed to His Mother anf Father's house. "Sabora- so help me you get-" then he saw Kavaki. "Excuse me?" Kavaki growled. "Oh Kavaki, I was talking to Sabora." Echo laughted. He diddn't know that Carmen hooked them up. "YEAH! Don;t talk to her like that!" Kavaki snarled. Suddenly Zasha stormed between them. "HEY! Stop fighting this instant!" SHe growled. "You woke up the pups! Now keep it down!" She growled. She returned to the den. "C'mon Sabora... Lets go." Kavaki said.

"No Sabora wait! Our pups are ment to be sold for me and Carmen's owner. She might be dying!" Echo cried. "Sabora...My brother...the father?" Kavaki asked. Sabora sighed. "Okay...Here's how the story goes." She said. She told them the whole thing. Both Boys were shocked. Even Echo. Suddenly SHe felt a sharp pain in her stomach.

"Kavaki, I have to go back, It'll be my fault is his human dies. I'll never forgive myself."Sabora explianed. Kavaki sighed. "Its okey, I uderstand. But, will you coe back?". "Mabey." She answered.

She felt so ashamed. She trotted back to his house. A man Tied her up with a collar and a rope. She lied on her side. Echo felt awful.

"Echo, dear, whats wrong?" Carmen asked. "I took her love away twice. Its all my fault. I feel so awful." He whined. "Don't worry, she'll come back, if she loves him. She will." Carmen whispe softly it her mates ear. "Carmen, don't hate me for saying this,, but, those are my pups she has. I, sort of. Wish I could see them." He said. "I understand, their your pups, I would feel the same way." Carmen said, slightly smiling.

A few weeks later Sabora had grew in size quiet big. A crate for the pups had been shipped in from the Zoo to put the pups in and ship them off. Echo sighed at the boxes. "Terrible.....Their Whole Lives in captivity." Echo cried.

Its not fair, it isn't fair. I have to help them! He thought.

But then he remeberd. If he helped them....then thier owner would...die.....He thought and Thought. He went up to Carmen."How many pups are needed to be sold to help out owner?" Echo asked. "Five....Six mabey....." Carmen sighed. Echo noticed how big Sabora was. "Well.....Mabey there will be enough..." Echo thought aloud. "Enough for what?" Carmen asked. "Carmen....not all of the pups should be kept in captivity....I think that I'll take two into the wild....if there's enought to take them and get our owner what she needs." Echo said. They sat on the pourch. "Lets say there was enought, how would you choose from them all? You'll love them all soooo very much." Carmen asked. "Okay look, I'll test them....I'll find the strongest....they'll go with me." Echo explained.

"Why? Beacuse they have a better chance?" She asked. He nodded. "Oh, okay, that makes sence." Carmen added. "Well, mabey they won't have to be sold, Tiff seems to be getting better." Echo smiled. Just then, she walked in. "Hey." She smiled, rubbing their heads. "Im feeling a bit better, but I still have a cough, and a head problem." She said.

"When are thoses pups due anyways?" She asked as if the dogs could understand. She looked Sabora over. "I dunno....Carmen got about that big with her pups, but this wolf could have more." She said.

Sabora whined. "Aw, don't cry girl." Tiff said. Caremn walked out of the room with Echo. "No Echo! Stay here. I'll be back." Carmen said and ran off. She was looking for Kavaki. She spotted him. "Vaki!" She called, 'vaki' was her nickname for him. "What!" He scoffed. "I over heard my owner talking to Sabora last night. She not send her back to the zoo!" Carmen yelped with joy.

"REALY!!!!" He barked. "I'm GUNNA GO SEE HER!!!" he said darting off. He slid over to the house. "Sabora!" He barked, but the chain lead to nothing. "She's in the shed." Echo said. "Okay, I'll go see her!" Kavaki started off, but Echo grabbed him. "Woah woah woah Big Boy." Echo said. "What?!?!?!" Kavaki asked. "She um.....can't have you in there at the moment." Echo blushed. "WHY IS SHE.....ohhh.....Um...pups?" Kavaki asked. "I dunno if there comming or not." Echo sighed.

The two brothers walked over two a window on the shed wall. They saw Sabora, on a rug, whining. Kavaki almost fainted.

Echo caught him. "Easy bro" He laughted. Carmen went inside the shed. "You okay?" She asked.

Sabora just nodded, she didn't want to talk. Carmen came back out. "She's doing fine." She smiled. Tiff walked in the shed. "Yes, sir, she's having pups, I'll see you when you get here!" She said. "At least a vet will help." Kavaki said.
