Tytia ran on and on, the constant steady sound of Adriana's heratbeats spurring him on, and eventually he reached the clearing.
"Adriana's hurt!" he yelled to the others before rushing inside the large cave and laying her gently on the stone floor. Panting heavily, he checked her over to see how much damage had been done. Luckily, apart from shock, a few bruises and maybe a broken rib,she seemed to be ok. He breathed out a small shaky sigh, but he was still feeling sick with worry.
Hispeth saw them and came running towards them, and saw her son lying in a pool of blood.
"WHAT HAPPENED?" She yelled at Shani and Angel before scrambling over to Xavier and laying beside him and Shani. All his fur was covered in oozing gashes and was matted with blood. This was the last thing she needed....on the eve of their great attack. He seemed dead, and the only thing that confirmed that he was alive was the warmth raidiating from his body, and even now it felt like every second he was growing colder and colder...Hispeth gave a yelp of terror and lay herself over him in a desperate attempt to warm his body. She turned to Shani with fear in her eyes.
"There is only one way we can save him." She said, her voice trembling."I need that medicin plant, the blue-green moss that grows on the banks of the river. Otherwise he will die..." she said, her eyes filling with tears.

Shani felt horribale and said "He tried to save me, he is very brave, you are lucky to have him as a son.I'm sorry this happened."Shani said as she licked one of Xaviers wounds and said "Everything is goin to be ok, I promise, We are getting you medicine and your mother and I will stay here with you.I will never leave you, I promise."Shani layed her head on his chest and sobbed as she nuzzled him lovingly.

Emuku ran into the cave and saw Adriana. He walked beside his Aplha. " It's alright Tytia." he said as he looked over the wolf princess. " I'll send out a hunting party. She will need to eat as you know." he said bowing his head anbd leaving the cave. " I want a hunting party asembled now!" he called to the wolves.
Kallen's fur bristled lightly. Xavier was hurt and they where advancing into the Moonclaws territory soon! They would have to wait for their beloved prince to heal before heading out again. But what really got under her skin was the fact that if Xavier had died, witch could not happen now for they had the medicene needed for him to heal, that it would only cause more pain to Hispeth.

Talon ran in after seeing Tytia pulling Adriana into the cave. 'Is she alright' she gasped, she lay down and started to lick Adriana's wounds gently. 'What happened?' she said, very quietly.

Talon looked at Shasta when she growled and saw how upset and confused she was. She got up and nuzzled Shasta saying 'she's going to be fine' over and over again, partly for Shasta's sake and partly for her own.

Shani hid her face beneath her paws and said "No it's not.It's all my fault!"Shani looked into Xavier's dull eyes "Don't give up on me!Please!''Shani said as she nuzzled his face lightly.
