Balto laid down, his injuried ribs becoming too painful while standing. He watched Tai.
Kodi sighed. He looked at Katie. "I'm sorry this happened...I can't believe Niju did this." he said. "If he so much as shows his face around here again, I'll tear it off." he snarled.

Tai blinked, looking to her sister as she was nuzzled. Shge could no longer handle it and pressed her face into Lena's shoulder, tears falling down her face.
Katie nodded. "I'll be right there with you, Kodi." she started to quiver.

Kodi nodded. "I know, that jerk is unbearable, I hope he gets whats coming to him." he said.
Aleu set beside her brother. "Hey Katie, did you know the former alpha of my back is your uncle?" she asked, remembering being told something about Katie and her pack by Nava. "And wierdly, Niju is your cousin, a little weird huh?"

Katie blinked, before her eyes growing wide. "Uncle Nava? Is he still alive?! What-what about his pack, are they doing well?!" she sighed however. "I'm sorry, but, I'd rather have Uncle Nava as my remaining relative than his son..."

"Nava is still alive but he isn't the alpha anymore, he couldn't lead the pack to their new home in his old age so he gave me the job and then when he was able to catch up with us, he decided it was better for a younger wolf to be in charge but he gave me advice and help when I need it." said Aleu. "The pack is doing well, it took some time before they warmed up to me but they're good friends and promised not to let Niju take over when I had to run from him, they understood and hate Niju as much as we do now, he chickened out when me, papa, and Nava gave him the chance to take the pack to their new home, the pack didn't like that very much." she said, smiling.

Katie nodded, giving a soft sigh of half relief and half irritance. "That's good. I just would have rather have my Uncle still here...He was getting on in years when I last saw him is all." she felt the hair on her back rise for a brief moment. It was a bit of a thrill to know there was her own Uncle, still alive.
Kai smiled, his back leg dragging slightly from a few wounds lodged deep. "Uncle Dingo? Why is it that...Everyone worries about me and Lena near town? And not Tai and Cachen?"

"Yeah, I know, I'd like to have his advice as well." said Aleu. "And I wish I could get the whole, one with the tree thing down, I keep trying but I end up just getting splinters." she said, chuckling. "How does he do that?"
Dingo sighed. "Well I'm guessing its because Lena and you look more like wolves." he said. "Tai looks like a dog and Cachen is a mini verson of my dad, who as you can guess, makes the humans love him." he said with a chuckle. "Its kind of like Aleu, she wasn't adopted into a human house because she looked so much like a wolf, not that she didn't want it, humans just have a nasty habit of only seeing the outside, not the inside." he said. "Now my mom's owner Rosy is diffrent, she has a habit of seeing it the other way around, not caring about the outside but somehow seeing the inside."

Katie laughed, thinking of her Uncle. She had such very good memories of being with Nava as a pup herself. "My Uncle's a very gifted wolf. Years of practice and talent on top of that." she almost said it as if she were entranced.
"Then I guess I'm lucky." said Kai, giving a slight smile.

"Yeah, I know." said Aleu. "Good old Nava, he never failed to give me good advice." she said. "Oh and did I forget to mention the fact that I do have a power of my own though? I'm phsyic." she said. "I can see the future."
"Probably." said Dingo. "You're just like auntie Aleu though, more wolf than your siblings."
OOC: I think AleuJenna vanished again...

OOC: Nuuuuu! Katie chuckled. "Phsycic huh?" she grinned playfully. "Your brother has his own power too..." she looked to her mate slyly. Kai nodded. "I've been...told that alot. I just can't help but feel I don't know myself at all.."
