Suddenly, an Aqua Tail struck both from behind, launching them a good ways. "Hello, darlings, did you miss me?" asked Milotic, smirking sinisterly.
Riolu groaned, getting up, holding her ribs. She'd taken a rough hit, Milotic was even stronger than before.

Floatzel ran over to Riolu and said "Run. I'll be right behind you. She is a Water Pokemon like I am. She's not the only one who got stronger either. I got a lot stronger in prison. That's how I survived in it. So please go. Run to Polteon's shop and tell her about Milotic. That is the best thing you can do for me. So go. Please." He turned to face Milotic and used Blizzard followed up by a Hydro Cannon.

Riolu groaned, getting to her feet and starting to go to get help.
Milotic used Twister, surrounding herself in a vortex and blocking it. She then used Ice Beam, freezing Floatzel's tails to the ground. "Well well, if it isn't the murderer," she said. "Sorry if I don't believe you've changed like all these low life peons," she said. "Afterall, I'm the only one who can see you scum for what you are and what will always be. Sum is always that, they can't change it no matter what. The only way to rid the world of it is to wipe it out," she said, using Scald and spraying a stream of boiling hot water at him.
OOC: Milotic, unlike most Pokemon, is actually trying to seriously hurt people. So her attacks can actually cause severe damage instead of just knocking Pokemon out, like the burn scar she gave to Zorua. Personally, I think Pokemon pull their punches normally so not to seriously hurt opponents.

FLoatzel used Ice Beam on the Scald to cancel each other out and used Aqua Tail on the ground to break the ice that formed on his tails. He then used Blizzard again. He chuckled and said "Who do you think you are, Milotic? You are only evil. You torture innocent Pokemon on your own terms. Leave the punishment to the professionals, lady. You are not the law and what you are doing is unjustified. We may have done things in the past and I am a lot like you. I think people who have done things should be punished but by the authorities and only by them. You should be locked up for the rest of your life for what you have done to little kids who can't even defend themselves. Don't you feel any remorse for hurting innocent kids. You can't just torture innocent kids for the crimes of their for-bearers. I am not restraining myself either on you. If I do then I'll get hurt. You know why would you go after a murderer anyways. Do you have a death wish? I could do it. It would be easy to do it o you because your movements aren't as fluid as mine are."

"Because I know even you think you can change," said Milotic. "You can't, of course, but you won't believe that. I know you think if you kill me, you'll lose everything," she said, giving a sadistic smirk. "And no, I don't feel remorse for it. I'm giving them their punishments in advance. Criminals can only beget criminals," she said, snaking around. "As for movements not being as fluid, think again little boy," she said, circling him and using Whirlpool to put him into a large vortex of water.

Floatzel chuckled and said "You think a little cool water can hurt me I love it." He started riding the Whirlpool and then jumped out of it. He used Aqua Tail on Miltoic's head and then used Blizzard up close and personal.

Which was a clone. The real Floatzel was still on the Whirlpool. He jumped out and used Aqua Tail on her head and then he hit her with Brick Break on her head.

Milotic used Aqua Ring as a shield to protect herself, healing in the process. She then used Mist to surrond them and disappeared into it. "Let's see you fight what you can't see boy!" she said, firing Hydro Pump at him from behind, then moving and firing another. They seemed to come from more than one direction at once.

Floatzel used Double Team in the nick of time so that his clones took the hits for him. He then used Double Team again and used the Mist to his advantage, vanishing into it and keeping quiet. He used his ears to pinpoint Milotic and fired a Hydro Pump on her along with his other clones.

The Hydro Pump hit something but it didn't seem to have any effect. Milotic used a powerful Surf attack from the other direction while several Hydro Pumps fired out over Buizel and his clones to trap them.
OOC: They don't figure out how she's doing that right now. Anyway, have this hurt him, ok? They're still supposed to be a lot weaker than her until they get trained.
