"Nothing, nothing important"

Sam lifted his chin so he had to look at her. "Dante. Whats wrong? its important to me."

Angel was slightly amused at how Samantha was refusing to back down, and of how much she seemed to handle Dante very well.

"Sam, i said it wasnt important"

"Dante, please tell me." she begged. She hoped he would tell her soon or they could be here for hours.

"That you were changing the pictures ok?!"

Confusion crossed Sams face before dawning horror followed. "You...how..." then she turned to Angel. "I am going to kill you when this is over." she threatened before turning back to Dante. She pushed him so he sat down on the bed. "Dante, that wasn't about you directly. I was scared. Its an old nightmare. It's just, whilst we were broken up, i wanted you to hate me, so that you could move on and i knew that once you ghad moved on i would feel better with myself. But unfortunately, as much as i denied the fact taht i wanted you to still love whilst i was awake, i couldn't control my dreams. I dreamt that i was trying to explain something to you and at first you just looked upset, but then you got mad and angrey. Soon you where shoutung at me and i kept telling myself to shut up but i couldn't and the more i talked the more angrey you got until-" the words stuck in Sam's throught. She rubbed it trying to make it feel better. She looked at her feet, to scared of Dantes reaction.

Angel was taken aback at Samanthas threatening behavoir but thought best to ignore it for now or she might follow through.

Dantenhygged her.

Sam hugged him back, closing her eyes and breathing in his smell. She msiled at him, looking him in the eye. "You know, you have to stop thinking that i dont love you and that i think your evil, because one day i might start to believe you." she said smiling at him.

Dante smiled "Nah, I don't say it with enough conviction"

Sam smiled and huuged him again before looking down at her dress. "I need to change before i get teleported to Ugley land to become there Queen."

Dante chuckled "You could never look ugly"

"I do now." sam informed him, ducking into her wardrobe. She took out some black jeans and a black and grey striped top.

"Do you want me to go out"

"Nah, i'll get changed in the bathroom." Sam grinned at him. She gave him a kiss on the cheek before leaving the room.

"How do you stand that?" Angel asked after Samantha had gone.

"Stand what?" asked Dante.
