"hah, well, i dunno where i get that from..Blaine was always off with kurt.." Shane sighed, remembering all the lonely night he spent waiting for his older brother to come home.

"Guess when you met Reed you two hung out a lot huh?" she asked curiously.

"hah, more like me watching over him to make sure he didnt kill himself. But, yeah...we, er, hung out i guess." Shane said, thinking about his friend.

Rochelle chuckled and nodded.
"You two seem close." she said.

"Reed seemed to think so, and i did too..." Shane remarked with a shrug. "But back then he was the only friend i had, now i also have you." He said shyly.

Rochelle smiled, laying down beside him.

Shane sighed and slowly fell asleep. Meanwhile, Ethan and Evan set out on a spying mission to see who Everett was working with. They crept quietly through the brush, following Everett and the pup's scents.

Everett's den was far off in the deep thicket of the woods. He stood, pacing back and forth in front of his den, the two pups staring at him, both beaten and submissive.

Evan watched the male pace, and eyed the pups. Ethan imitated his brother, crouching lower.

"You FAILED." Everett spat and the pups winced at his hard tone. He glared at the female. "And how DARE you bust in! I told you to stay AWAY."
"Daddy...you were gonna let them hurt Sar!" she whined. "He was just trying to please you!"
Everett glared at the male. "Get up." his voice dropped to a soft growl.
"No daddy don't hurt him!" the female cried, but Sar stood up and crept over to his father, as submissive as he could be.

"Holy..." Ethan muttered, frozen by the fact of Everett having kids. Evan froze at the thought of watching Everett hurt the poor pups.

"What were you supposed to do?" Everett asked.
"Get the girl.." Sar rattled off a flat response.
"And did you?"
Sar paused. "No sir-" he yelped as Everett hit him across his face, leaving three claw marks.

Evan snarled, then jumped out and tackled Everett, causing Ethan to yelp in suprise.
"How DARE you hit a KID!?!" He barked, flinging Everett into a tree.
"Evan!" Ethan barked in suprise, glaring in Everett's direction.

Everett grunted as he hit the tree, growling as he stood up.
Sar's sister ran over to Sar, crouching down by him, fearful of the twins.

Ethan then turned his attention to Everett.
"Touch my brother and i will kill you. I swear you almost killed him once i wont let it happen again." Ethan snarled, and Evan growled behind his twin.
