Raphael lowered his ears shyly, hesitating for a minute, then slowly approaching Steve with both his ears and tail low.

Sure. Well, at the very beginning, Cheyhaivo saved Willow from her owner, and became her mate. They had four pups, Sky, Riley, Jenna and Ritz. Teslin and Snowflake (member of Steve's dog sled team) had pups, and this is the team placement. (This is how the team is setup)

Lead Dogs- Cheyhaivo and Willow

Frontier Dogs- Teslin & Snowflake

Carrier Dogs- Winter & (Nobody, the dog that used to be here was sold. But Raphael could be here )

Wheel Dogs- Lassie & Tucker

Steve smiled and pat Raphael on the head gently and put the collar on him. "There we go, snug."

Steve smiled. "Thata boy." He said as called Raphael. He followed into their log cabin home. It was warm and cozy in there. All the other dogs greeted him. "Welcome." Cheyhaivo said smiling.

Raphael lowered his ears slightly, and gave a small, shy smile.

"Hi... I'm Raphael." Raphael then looked around. "What is this place?" he asked.

Cheyhaivo smiled again.

"This is your new home. Also, since your here, you'll probably become a sled-dog since our last one was sold. Only cause he was seduceing Snowflake." Cheyhaivo sat down and scratched his ear.

"A sled dog...?" Raphael wagged his tail excitedly. "I've always dreamed that one day I could become a sled dog! It's a pleasure to meet you." Raphael smiled back friendlily. "Again, my name's Raphael. May I ask yours?"

Cheyhaivo nodded. "My name's Cheyhaivo. This is Willow, that's Teslin and Snowflake. Over there is Lassie and Tucker. And the dog outside is Bosco. And if you ever get the chance to see my pups, their names are Ritz, Jenna, Sky, and Riley. "

Spotty,Chocolate,Rusty,Frost and Cheyvak ran out.Spotty and frost were the two girls of the five.Rusty,Cheyvak,and Chocolate on the other hand were the three boys."Mommy,I heard an unfamiliar voice out here."spotty said.Chocolate the second oldest ran up to Raphael."Hi mister,My name is Chocolate!Whats your name?"he said.Rusty was the oldest of the five.Then went Chocolate,then Spotty,then came Cheyvak,then was the runt of the litter...Frost.Frost was a shy little female.Frost had fur that covered her left eye half way.Frost looked at Raphael and said"Hi..I'm..F-f-frost...".

Raphael gave them all a kind smile.

"Why, hello there, young ones. My name is Raphael." Raphael greeted them, his voice deep but warm. "Your human brought me in."

Rusty,Chocolate,Spotty,and Cheyvak ran to Raphael and surrounded him."Tell us more about you mister!erm..Raphael."Spotty said.Chocolate looked at frost."Hey frosty?You gonna come over?"chocolate said.Snowflake looked at Frost."Sweety..Go meet Raphael.He's nice,don't be shy."Snowflake said nuzzling frost.

"Oh, well..." Raphael started. "You already know my name, so... I'm a mix of siberian husky and akita... I never knew my parents, because I was auctioned off at a pet sale when I was a pup. But the family that adopted me were very mean people. They wanted to fatten me up and then use me as bait for deep sea fishing in the Bearing Sea. I saw something about that in the news this one time. It was just awful. So when I was old enough I ran away so I wouldn't have to get killed that way, and I've been a stray ever since..." Raphael flattened his ears sadly. "All I've ever wanted is to have a family that loves me and to be a sled dog some day."

Snowflake smiled as she saw her pups were interested in learning about other dogs other than their mother and father.Frost walked over to them and sat down."Oh,A new dog!"Winter,Snowflake's sister said.Winter walked over to Raphael.Rusty,Chocolate,Spotty,Cheyvak,and Frost went back to their mother.Winter wanted to meet other dogs,especially a male dog because she had no mate.

"Well looks like our pups have made a new friend. It's nice to have another dog on the team, at least until you can stand on your own 4 feet." He said to Snowflake. "They need homes soon. We have two weeks left until they need homes.." Teslin was nervous about that...
