"You passed out." Ian dead-panned, too focused on the water to care. He stripped off his shirt and waded into the stream, settling back into the water with a comfortable sigh if relief.

Kat watched Ian's muscles ripple under his skin. She didn't find this attractive, just terrifying. The memory of the wolf attack made her shiver. His throaty laugh whenever he cause a wold particularly horrible pain. She dimly wondered what he'd do to her when he found out the dragon was all a fake. Would he laugh and quickly snap her neck? Or prolong her death in the most torturous way?

Ian disappeared under the water, before reappearing and shaking the wet drops from his red hair. He sighed, leaning against a rock, before looking to Kat, who had her eyes on him.
"What?"

Kat averted her eyes and frowned, "If you were to kill me, how would you do so?" She asked breathlessly, looking at the ground.

"Depends on the mood I'm in." Ian replied casually, climbing out of the stream. He shook his hair and sat down next to Kat.

"So, if you were mad at me... You'd do something really bad... and... if not you'd just make it quick?" She asked softly, still looking at the ground.

"I guess so." Ian said softly, running a hand through his damp hair.

"How...like...how bad is...bad..?" Kat asked meekly, feeling awkward talking about ways Ian was going to kill her.

"Well i could name hundreds of ways to make you suffer..maybe bleed you do Seth or keep you from sleeping." Ian mused, oddly amused by the subject.

The blood drained from Kat's face. She nodded grimly, looking at the ground. "And...It'd be fun for you, I assume.." Kat said softly.

"That's one way o put it." Ian chimed, patting Kat's shoulder.
"But you have nothing to worry about, since the dragon IS real I may not have to Jill you"

Kat shivered away from Ian's touch, afraid of him to no limits. She slumped her shoulders at his remark and nodded.

Ian stood up and grabbed another loaf of bread from his horse's pack, and ripped it in half, handing the larger to Kat before biting into it.

Kat took it, but suddenly wasn't so hungry. She set the bread aside, looking at the ground.
