Link was soon asleep again, happy that it was over, and happy to be with a family.

Dax put his head on his paws and closed his eyes.

OOC: sorry, i didn't notice you posted. XD

Link woke early in the morning to the pups whining, she started to lick their heads wanting them to calm down, "Shh... calm down.."

Dax woke to the pups whining, he stood and walked to the den entrance, he stared outside, stretching and yawning he looked back at Link and the pups, he trotted outside to patrol the border.

Link sighed when they finally calmed down she slowly laid her head back down to fall asleep again.

Dax trotted around, enjoying the cool morning.

4 weeks later...
The pups are old enough to walk around, but they still have to have milk from Link still, but she will give them meat as soon as their Milk teeth disappear. Link was playing with them lightly, since they wanted to play with their mother and 'father.'

Dax wagged his tail, one of the pups pounced on it, he moved it, it pounced again. He laughed.

Link chuckled then said, "Kendal! Tickle your father!"

Dax 'boomed' with laughter, he rolled onto his back; his legs in the air.

Link smirked before she was bitten on by the tail, she yipped and looked back seeing another pup that resembled her in every way on it. The little pup giggled before jumping onto her mother's back and nibbled at her fur.

Dax laughed, "Ahh, puppy attack!" he exclaimed as a few of the pups joined the assault on him.

Link looked over and laughed at him before calling the pups over to her, "Come on guys, time to get off your father," she said.

Dax stood as the got off his stomach, he shook out his coat and said, "One pup can come with me outside, just for a little while." he said.

"I don't know Dex.. you got, their 'uncle' to worry about," she said.
