William nodded, having seen Eiji stand up for several kids at school. "I never knew why you did that. I thought it was just foolish." He murmured, rubbing the back of his neck with his palm.
Gatomon pricked her ears and looked in the direction of the pool that Ebidramon had first emerged from. Behind it, there was a thick layer of woodland that stretched deep onto the island and behind that was a giant mountain that looked as if the top had been cut off. Tilting her head to one side, "Someone's chanting." Gatomon mewed.

"Well it's fun!" said Eiji. "Helping people I mean."
Akari looked to Gatomon. "You sure? What's it sound like?"

Gatomon pricked her ear towards the mountain. "It's hard to make out... But it sounds like a ritual of some sort. She said, listening to the very distant sound of a rythmic chanting. She couldn't tell who was chanting but certainly a very large group of something.

"Should we check it out?" asked Akari. "I mean it might be nothing...or it might be something we want to check on..."

"Which way, Gatomon?" William asked.
"Over there!" Gatomon said, pointing towards the forest on the opposite side of the pool. "How do we get across?" She asked.

"Awesome! Thanks little guys!" David said, petting the Nyaromon. "You guys ready?" He asked the others. Terriermon nodded.
"Ready!" Gabumon and William said in unison.
"Same here!" Lia said.

"And try not to get wet again, Gabumon," said Biyomon, before getting the boat and getting ready to head out, Betamon going to swim while Akari and Eiji rode with the others.

William picked up Gabumon and half dragged him onto the boat, making sure he didn't get wet. Setting the heavy Digimon on the boat, William crawled in after him.
Lia and Gatomon sat down on the boat, eager to get across to the chanting.

"I love swimming!" said Betamon, circling the boat as it headed across the lake.
"I see that..." said Eiji, smiling.
"You ok, Gatomon?" asked Akari, rmemebering the cat Pokemon's hatred of water.

Gatomon was sitting in the center of the boat, fur standing on end, glancing at the water every few seconds. "Yeah. Fine." She said and Lia giggled.
"I like swimming too!" Gabumon said, careful to to get wet as he leaned over the edge of the boat to peer at betamon

"Yeah, but you smell really nasty when you get wet," said Betamon.
Biyomon put a wing on Gatomon's shoulder. "Don't worry, it'll be fine. We won't let you get wet if we can help it."

Gabumon lowered his ears, wishing that getting wet didn't make him smell bad.
"Thanks, Biyomon!" Gatomon said, smiling.

"I'm just the motherly type, it's what I do," said Biyomon, petting the cat Pokemon's head.
"So Gatomon, any idea what we're heading towards?" asked Eiji.

Pricking her ears in the direction of the chanting, Gatomon listened intently. "The chanting is louder and it is definitely a ritual of some sort. I think they're saying 'Cerboomon', but I can't really tell." Gatomon said.Ooc:// This will be a cult-like ritual where there are lots of In-Training Digimon that are controlled by Cerberumon and they watch the ritual secretly. They don't fight the Cerberumon now, but train more until they can fight him because he is an Ultimate Digimon. They fight a few other villians before they fight him, though.
