Shay;s pupils only dilated slightly, becoming more catlike. "Nice meeting you," she said wryly as she held the shell closer to her chest and began to move away.

Shay scrambled away on hands and knees, coughing, a hand pressed to her throat. The fangs had only scraped the skin before Zane came. Oh, Zane! Worry rushed through her, realizing he had probably just become consious and wasn't strong yet. ANger took place of her worry, and she morphed into a lynx, while trying to keep a part of her mind human, so she could turn back.

Leaping into the fight, she was immediatly whacked with a large paw. Hissing in anger, she unsheathed her claws and swiped them across Viktor's face. He let out a tight hiss as the scored red lines into his muzzle.

Shay, shivering from the effort of staying partly human, forced her animal side to become subordinate to the human one, and she morphed back. Releived, but still keeping careful control of the animal in her, she stood close to Viktor incase he tried anything.

"Well, yes," Shay admitted, feeling heat flush her normally pale cheeks at the memory of what had gone wrong.

"Zane!" Shay cried out. Grabbing the shell from where she had dropped it, she dumped the contents on his face, trying to wake him.

"Why should I listen to you?" Shay asked coldly. "You're the one who aattacked him in the first place!" the last word came out as more of a hiss as her lynx side started to flood her brain.

"Whatever," Shay said, her voice still cold.
