Axel smiled to her gently before rubbing against her side once more. "No...you're no bother...we have to stick together, and be here for one another....and I'm overjoyed to be here for you.." he replied as he followed after her, the dense shrub around them becoming thicker. Strange to be in a place that was almost like home...int he middle of the city none the less. Her scent was easy to follow...and he was certain she was making sure that he did so. This was perfect right now...finally someone he could be with...and find some sense of belonging.

Shadow stopped banging crazily at the door. She looked up at the window and just saw it hanging there, so vulnerable. But then she turned her head in disgust and headed back to the others. She was tired of thinking of her mother, trying to get as close as finding her again, if she wasn't dead, and that talisman had reminded her of her mother.
