The first one, cause you actually LIVE. But still it doesn't make sense cause you can't die then come back to life, unless its a fantasy world. xD
Would you rather trip and fall on ice or on hot concrete?

Um... what?
Would you rather watch a rented movie or a movie in theaters that costs twice as much?

Theaters cause the resolution is nice and you get the full effect.
Would you rather be trapped on a deserted island with a bunch of other kids you don't know or just trapped on a deserted island by yourself?

Other kids. I could get to know them and we could end up helping each other. If I was by myself I would definitely die xD
Have tons of scars on your face or have a permanent mask?

^ Oh wow. You WOULD be helping each other out at first, but.. After a while it will turn into a full-fledged war with killing and.. *shivers* You don't wanna know. Its how human nature is. I hate it. Read Lord of the Flies and find out the truth.
Anyway back to game..
Maybe a mask.. Wow this is hard.
Would you rather lose a whole essay or lose a whole drawing and never be able to get it back?

I dunno, you could be right. And what does "pinched by cars" mean? Play guitar or drums?

Getting pinched by cars means that you are between a parked car and a moving car, the two car kinda sand-witches you. -Pilot an airplane Reach into a toilet full of needles or a oil drum full of acid for a key to get out of a concealed room? (It's your life or your hands.)
