Click growled at Russet when he started to explain about the necklace with bones from other victams from his great grandfather. He didn't say a word, remaining silent, just scanning Russet from head to paw. He just three word right before Dash left. "Russet. Just leave." He said.

I'll be beaten, bruised, bloody... worse than I am now." he shot forgiving glances at Julius and Tomoyo. "I'll be a failure, nothing.... even to my......." Russet looked as if he would vomit. "...mother." Russet never cried in front of dogs before, but with the exception of one single tear down his right eye, a single salty drop. "But what would you care? It's not your fault.... I'm just the way I am...." Russet slowly limped out the door, the deep wounds Julius made deeper, beginning to leave a trail of blood.

Click listened to every word of Russet's that he spoke out of his little furry mouth. Click really didn't like him, and he felt the fur on his neck stand up on his edge. But his growls softened as Russet's large massive voice grew. He listened to him say he never had a loving home, he said he didn't like the fate that he had going for him, but he couldn't do anything about it. Even though Click didn't say very many bad things towards Russet, eh felt bad for the very few things the dog had said to the wolf. He listened to him say he would be beaten, bloody, and horrible- worse then what he was currently at the moment. He was surprised that Russet admitted these things. He heard him say he was a failure to his own mother, thinking that he wasn't even worth the pressure that his mother went threw to give birth to him. He saw the small tear drip down his brown and cream colored face as he sighed, and saw him limp away with a trail of blood behind him. The Trail of Blood... that’s all Click thought off.

Russet limping grew worse, he lost strength, fainting at the entrance to the mansion. He couldn't hold himself together, nor pick himself up. He simply closed his eyes and tried to fall asleep. Though it wasn't permanent, he wished his life would just end already.

Russet smiled a bit. "Thanks," he said, turning his head to lick Delilah's muzzle, the way he would to greet an alpha. His necklace clanked as it hit the concrete. He sighed. "But I don't know what I'm going to do about this." He turned to Delilah, his eyes wide with fear. "I-I just remembered that the pack will be looking for me. They'll follow my scent and your scents. If they see that I've been biding my time---" Russet didn't dare to finish his sentence. He knew it would just make everything worse than it was.

"No, I can't. It passed down from son to son. It'll only stop if there isn't a male pup in my litter. And I don't think I'm having pups any time soon. Plus, I doubt there's going to be a litter of all females." He sighed, then frowned.

Tomoyo sighed "But you can have a loving home here, you can start over, and we will help." She promised" And youy don't have to do this, pass it on to one of the other males, or your brother..or fake your death!" She said, smiling at her idea.

"I can't pass it on. If I go anywhere near them empty-pawed, I'll be beaten, remember? And I can't fake my death becuase they'll still find my scent very active in the alive way. You can't fake the smell of death, at least not if you're a wolf." He sighed, and tried to get up. He managed to walk a little closer to Tomoyo, but soon fell, a pool of maroon blood revealing itself from the side he fell on.

SHe layed a towel on him, wrapping it tightly around his wound."That should help." She sighed "Okay, well just tell them...I don't wanna do this, its wrong and we all know it." She told him."Its gotta work!" She said.
