But Shep wouldn`t back down, he growled as he got closer and closer.
Nanu backed up right to the edge, rocks crumbled underneath him and splashed into the raging rapids bellow. Nanu had no choice, he jumped, down and down he went until, SPLASH! he fell into the cold river rapids and was swept downstream. He hit his head on a rock and lost conciousness, and then he fell off the edge of the largest waterfall in the region. He floated silently ashore and got stuck in the mud. When he awoke, it was morning, and right before his eyes, there was a beautiful wolf/dogess (Natasha). Nanu got up and went over to her. "Hi." He said shyly.

Alaska sighed and looked away not wanting to think about it "Thanks..." She told her "I-I...I was supposed to meet him here..but he is a no show." She said, still not looking at her.
Dusty snarled "What ev!" She snarled and walked home.

Natasha smiled and pulled him out of the mud, " Hi. I can tell you had a rough night. What's your name? I'm Natasha. I'm very glad to see you. I'm a loner. My pack abandon me at a young age, so, yeah. I live here. Just me. I had to learn life the hard way." She rolled her eyes and frowned looking away from him, and her ears were pinned against her head. Tears started to come to her eyes.

Night came so fast. He knew that he had to get back to the woods. Then he walked back towards the waterhole were he last saw Alaska. "Where in the world is she?" He said laying down.

Alaska began to walk home and passed by the pond where Kiba was "Kiba!?Why..Why didn't you come to see me?" She asked him, her head tilted and her ears back.Ast she thought he may had been busy, but now she knows he wasn't busy...and appearently didn't even remeber the set-up.

Alaska looked at him and leaned closer "I was going to say somthing..." She said, she was goin to say she liked him, but mate?She had no clue "And you wanted me to meet you...remember?Like you do..." She said, her tone a little harsh.She had been with so smany jerks....and she thought he was different.."Don't dream." She whispered as she turned around "Son't dream." She said again, walking off.

Nanu sat beside her. "I`m sorry." He said, then he sighed. "I was abandoned too, when I was very young, I don`t know why they abandoned me, but they did." He added. "By the way, my name is Nanu."
