Link watched the mirror and their dark reflections in it. Suddenly the mirror distorted and dark versons of each of them stepped out, even a dark verson of Kar. "What the heck?"
Dark Link drew his corrupted verson of the Master Sword and took the same fighting stance Link took, red eyes staring at his good counterpart.
"The Dark Mirror." said Zelda. "This is both good and bad." she said. "Good news is, we'll get the chance to destroy are dark sides, bad news, they're Malefor's evil minions." she said. "Kar, want to take your dark side or not? You don't have to." she said. "Oh and I have an idea." she said, hitting the mirror with a magic blast, flipping it so it pointed at Red.
"Malefor, I require your aid, please go to Hyrule Castle, I have something to teach you." said Ganondorf.

Malefor let go of the mirror as Zelda hit it and flew into the air. 'Have fun, I wish I could stay, but I have matters to attend to' he said loudly and flew in the direction of Hyrule.
Kar jumped out of Zelda's arms when she cast the magic, and stood face to face with himself but with deep red eyes and a darker orange coat. 'Pathetic, you couldn't beat me' his dark side roared. 'But you have to admit that you like the dark side, you don't have to fight, and then you can truly be dark.' 'I will fight him...I mean me, I mean...i'll just kill him' Kar growled to Zelda, and lept at his dark side with his claws out.
Spyro looked at himself with wide eyes. 'Is that what I looked like when I went evil?' he asked Cynder. His dark side was a deeper purple, almost black, and with glowing purple eyes. 'I was more powerful than you ever could be, this is your true side, purple dragons were meant for the darkness' the evil Spyro sneered.
Cynder looked at herself, she was black so she couldn't change much, apart from the fact that her reflection was slightly bigger than her. She didn't let it speak and lept on it as soon as it stepped out of the mirror.
Red turned and tried to run, but the mirror hit him in the back and fell to the floor. 'Um lady, what comes through if you are already bad?' he asked, gulping.

"Spyro, Kar, don't listine to them." said Link. "They're Malefor's followers, they're as decetful as he is." he said, begining a sword fight with Dark Link.
"It creates your good side." said Zelda. "The Dark Mirror creates the oppisite side of the one looking into it, a good person's Dark Side emerges and an evil persons Light Side emerges." she said, turning into Shiek and charging Dark Zelda, who also turned into Shiek, who was black clothed and had red eyes, they began fighting.
Ganondorf waited for Malefor. "I have a propation, if you help me learn Dragon Magic, I'll help you learn Garudo Magic." he said. "I've already learned some Dragon Magic from scrolls." he said. "Do we have a deal?"

'I suppose, but seeings as you have already learnt some of our magic, then you must teach me your magic first' Malefor said. If I can put off teaching him our magic, then I will be more powerful than he is, and easily overthrow him he thought to himself.
Kar tumbled on the ground with his dark side. It seemed a lot bigger and stronger than him. This was just like play fighting, only for real. 'Do you really think you can beat me' his dark side growled as it bit him on the back of the neck and shook him a bit.
Cynder was also struggling with her dark side. She had it pinned but it was thrashing hard and sending images of what she had done when she was evil. 'You see, you were born to be dark, it is the destiny of black dragons, and you are blacker than any other, you could overthrow Malefor' it hissed.
Spyro's dark side walked around him in a wide circle. It didn't need to fight, just trick, and that would be easy. 'You liked the darkness Spyro, with the darkness comes power, and with that power nothing could stand in your way, not even Malefor' it growled.

Link locked swords with Dark Link. "Spyro, Cynder, don't give in!" he said. "They're your Dark Sides, just remember, they're talking about themselves, not you." he said. He kicked Dark Link off and fired an Arrow at him, Dark Link countered with another, the arrows collided.
Shiek looked at Cynder. She used her mental powers to block Dark Cynder's mental attacks. "I hope that helps Cynder." she said, continueing to battle her clone. "Hey Cynder, would it help if we switched oppoents?"
"Of course, I just need to be pointed in the right direction to more scrolls, I'll gladly give you some Garudo Scrolls." said Ganondorf. With this magic combined with the Triforce, I'll be unstoppable. he said. His Ganon form had already became more dragonic, he was hiding this from Malefor though.

'Maybe, how do you kill these things?' Cynder shouted to Zelda, she still had it pinned and now there were no pictures in her head.
'Well tell me where they are, I will gather them and then tell you where a whole cave of our scrolls are' Malefor said. This is too easy, he is planning something, or hiding something, but I need those scrolls he thought.
'I don't believe you, it may come with power but it hurts my freinds, people I care about, I don't want to turn into Malefor' Spyro growled, but neither made any move to attack, his dark side just kept circling him.
Kar was being pinned by his dark side, which was snapping at his neck, its long pointed fangs scraping his throat. I raised a paw and placed it on his throat, cutting off his air supply, he could barely breathe. It raised its other paw and slashed him across the face, leaving deep gashes on his cheek and muzzle.

"You kill them like any normal being." said Shiek. "But once they're killed, your Dark Side is gone...though the Darkness Malefor placed in you will remain." she said, roundhouse kicking Dark Shiek.
Link flipped over Dark Link and tried to bisect his clone but Dark Link blocked.
Ganondorf pulled out a scroll. "Right here." he said. "I was the king of the Gerudo Tribe, as such, I was in titled to hold theses." he said, pulling out more. He unrolled one to show Malefor they were the real deal. "Tell me where the scrolls are and I'll send theses through the portal." he said, Ganondorf was meaning to keep his word, he couldn't risk ruining this allience until the merger was nearing completion.

'In a huge library. Tell me, have you captured the dragonflies and faries?' Malefor said, he needed those scrolls.
'And what if they kill you?' Cynder said, as much as she would like to be rid of her dark side, she couldn't bring herself to killing it.
'You are weak, pathetic' it growled, stopping in front of Spyro and hissing in anger.
'I am not weak, I have beaten Malefor before, I will do it again' Spyro growled back. He didn't break eye contact.
'Now you die' Kar's dark side said, its red eyes blazing with a deep fury.
Kar gasped, he could feel himself loosing conciousness, although wether it was death or not he didn't know. He tried to roll over but his dark side had him pinned. I am going to die in a different world, but maybe I will see my mum again, say sorry for what I did he thought.

"No, I haven't." said Ganondorf. "Is their something importent about them." he said, waiting before giving over the scrolls. "I have divided the world between me and four followers."
"Then an importal evil verson of you works for Malefor for all eternity." said Shiek. She threw a needle, hitting Kar's Dark Side in the jaw, hitting a pressure point. "Don't worry Kar, I've got your back."
Link threw the Gale Boomarang, smacking Dark Spyro in the side of the head to distract him and give Spyro an opening. He then went back to battling Dark Link.

'Well the dragonflies let dragons use their fie abilities, and the fairies hold a lot of secret and are worth having as prisoners, you can also get access to the library through them' Malefor said.
Kar's dark side growled angrily. He released his grip on Kar and jumped at Zelda's head, clawing at her face and any other part of her he could draw blood.
Kar lay panting on the floor, he was so dazed...so sleepy. He shut his eyes, the darkness was cooloing after the glare of the desert sun. Without realising it he fainted.
Spyro took his chance and leapt. His dark side was snarling at Link and Spyro landed on it and bit it round the neck. With one swift motion he broke its neck, and it lay limp. A few seconds later it seemed to just melt (I assume they disappear) and Spyro shut his mouth.
Cynder saw what Spyro had done and looked at her dark side, she still couldn't kill it. 'Spyro a little help here' she yelled.

Shiek threw Dark Kar into Dark Shiek, who was jumpping at her. She then threw her chain, impaling Dark Kar and Dark Shiek threw the chest. Dark Shiek disolved.
Link was still in a duel with Dark Link. Link stabbed Dark Link threw the shoulder but this failed to kill Dark Link, just wound him.
"Veran is now ruling the Fairy realm, I will tell her to capture the Fairies at once." said Ganondorf. "Were are the Dragonflies?" he said, waiting for this last bit of information before handing over the scrolls. He handed one to Malefor. "A downpayment." he said, he'd hand over the others once he had what he wanted.

'Mostly in the swamps, but anywhere really' Malefor said, grabbing the scroll that Ganon had passed through.
Dark Kar struggled a bit but fell limp and disappeared, melting away like thick water or blood.
Spyro ran to Cynder and bit her dark side's chest so hard that all the ribs snapped, he hadn't realised he had been using a breath attack at the same time to kill them though.
'Thanks' Cynder said, looking at Link and Zelda to see how they were getting on. 'You guys need any help?' she called.

Dark Link staggered back but then smiled. He whistled and a dark verson of Epona appeared. He jumpped on the dark horse and grabbed Kar, taking off.
"Don't worry, I've dont this before." said Link, calling Epona and hopping on a taking off after his evil twin.
Shiek turned back into Zelda. "I'm fine, don't worry, Link's got this, believe it or not, he actually has done this before." she said.
Ganondorf nodded. "Alright, Veran will catch the Fairies for me." he said. "And I have your word the Fairies will open the liberary?" he said, wanting Malefor's word before handing over the other scrolls but handing another over.

'I hope Kar is alright, he needs to get back to our world so he doesn't get kidnapped every five seconds' Cynder said, worry filling her eyes.
'I'm sure he will Cynder' Spyro said, watching the two figures racing around in the distance.
'You could torture them and threaten them first but they will let you in' Malefor said, grabbing the other scroll and clutching it tightly.

Zelda watched as Link and Dark Link got off their horses and stood across from each other, swords drawn, Dark Link left Kar on Dark Epona. "Showdown." she said. She looked at Cynder. "Don't worry, we'll protect him until we can get him back to your world." she said. "How's Red doing with his counterpart?"
Link and Dark Link charged each other. They flew passed each other, slashing at one another too quick for the eye to catch. They both stood in the post slash stance for a few seconds before Dark Link's body tensed, he dropped his sword which lodged in the sand and he dissolved, then his sword. Link shiethed his sword and went over to Kar, now on the sand as a result of Dark Epona vanishing. He picked Kar up. "Are you ok Kar?"
Ganondorf nodded. He handed over the scrolls. "Then I will go and retrieve them, enjoy my tribe's magic."
