Shani jumped up the second she was loose and the first thing she did was help Xavier and said "If anything happens to you I don't think I could live anymore!"Shani was now pulling the bear as hard as she could and it fell, on the ground.Shani ran up to Xavier with tears in her eyes,she rapped her neck around his and said "I'm sorry!I'm so sorry Xavier!I love you!I didn't know this would happen!"Shani was in great pain, her ribs hurt from the bear but she still dragged the bearto the campsite.Shani was pulling the bear and she said "What about you?Do you feel the same?"Shani now stopped and looked at him with her ice blue eyes, hoping for the right answere.

Xavier moaned in pain, his whole body was sore and he felt like his back legs had snapped, one was better then the other though. He limped along slowly behind Angel and Shani. He was strained from all the walking as they made it back to the pack. Xavier fell to the ground, his muddy brown and black fur covered in blood and filth. He couldn't understand what Shani had asked him. He was out of it and shook his head, "What?" He muttered out then groaned in pain again. "Someone get my mother." He mummbled out and laid his head on the ground, straining to suck air into his sore lungs.

Shani was crying nuzzleing Xavier tryng to keep him alive when he said what she said "I love you.I never ment for this to happen.I'm sorry!"Shani couldn't stop crying.Shani looked at Angel and said you get the bear I got Xavier" Shani was now running towards the camp site with Xavier on her back, tears stung her eyes, she finnaly got to Hispeth and screamed "HISPETH!HELP!" she was slowing down when she got to her.Shani carefully slipped Xavier off her back onto the ground, there was blood all over her back but she didn't care.She dropped down and nuzzled him with tears still in her eyes she said "Don't die.Please.Don't give up."She put her neck over his body and stayed there like that.

Shani replied to her by saying "Don't worry about me, it's Xavier we need to worry about he is hurt bad"Shani was licking all of his wounds and his face, she was still crying and she was still hasn't moved from her spot, afraid that when she would return he would be dead, like her mother Aniu the white wolf.

Shani snarled at Angel" you go get the others I've got him!"
When Angel tried to move her she snapped at her, and said "GO GET THE OTHERS!"Shani tried not to scream to loudly and not to disterb Xavier too much, she was very pertective.She didn't mean to sound rude but she did.Her ears were back and her face was drenched from tears and she whispered into Xavier's ear "It's goin to be ok, you're goin to make it"But inside she was thinking

Shani picked up Xavier and slipped him once again on her back and said "Lets go.We can't just stay here and watch him die anymore!"Shani ran threw the woods following the scent of the pack.

Shani glanced at Angel and said "I know where they are!They are roaming closer to the MoonClaws!We can't take Xavier there, they will kill him, we must stay here in the woods, lets find somewhere to sleep." Shani slowed down and looked for her old den because she had one up there in the woods.Shani caught the scent and ran towards it, she finnaly got there, she slipped Xavier in the back and rapped herself around his bloody body and licked his wounds carefully.
She looked into his eyes and the gold was dull.She weaped more at this.She nuzzled his face lovingly and then looked over at Angel and said "Can you get a peice of the bear for him please?It's outside of the den."Shani said this calmly but inside her heart was breaking more and more as she saw her love dying before her.
