Zorua nodded. "She's always been that way..." he said. "She protected me from Milotic as kids..." he explained. "She couldn't all the time, but she really tried..." he continued. "Floatzel...just so you know how cruel Milotic can be," he said, he pulled back the fur on his chest, revealing a nasty looking burn scar. "She threw boiling water on me as a baby who couldn't even talk..."

Floatzel smiled and said "You guys are right. When we get stronger than she is, she won't come around us anymore but you two will need to evolve first though. After that she shouldn't come around."

"Reformed criminal, Riolu," said Zorua. "Maybe we can work something out with the cops, like make your exploring community service for awhile."
Cobalion nodded. "Yes, we can't let her hold that over your head, or you'll never be free of her," he said. "But we can't let you be punished now that you've changed your ways."

Floatzel walked over to Riolu and said while putting his paws on her shoulders "They are right, Riolu. You are a different Pokemon now. She can't keep on haunting you like this. You've got to stop her in your mind, Riolu, or you'll always be frightened. And I bet taking credit for her capture this time would count for community service too. Maybe a big portion of it."

"Will you come with me to the police, Floatzel?" asked Riolu. "I just want this to be over, to finally put everything behind me...running from it just makes it worse. It's time I made things right with the law."
Empoleon walked over and handed them a wanted poster for Riolu. "I found this before I came, I never told anyone but I think you'll need it to turn yourself in...you're doing the right thing, as it'll stop Milotic from holding it against you," he said. "But Floatzel. You have to promise me that no matter what they say, you WON'T try to stop them, if you do, you'll get in trouble."
Riolu nodded. "Promise me, Floatzel, ok?" she asked. "Even if they arrest me, don't fight them. I want to give myself up so Milotic can't hold this over my head any longer, if I fight that just reinforces her points."

Floatzel smiled and said "You forget I was once a police officer myself. I won't stop them. It's there job to take you in and mine to bring you there." He took Riolu's paw and started walking toward the police station. He looked back though and said "Could you take the others to the base, Glameow?"

Floatzel sighed and said "I wanted to do Riolu only today but I guess if you truly want to do it today. I'm not sure if I can hold myself back if they take both of you and then I'll get into trouble for helping a convict escape or help a convict resist arrest. So, I'm not sure if you should come but if you do decide not to do it today then we can do it tomorrow if that's okay with you. You know how protective and possessive I am with Riolu by the way I acted towards Zorua earlier today." He looked over at Zorua and said "I'm sorry about that by the way. I know I said it a lot but I just want to make sure that I'm not joking."

Floatzel shook his head and said "No offense but we need to do this by ourselves, Master. You would make it unfair due to your guys's statuses. Any normal Pokemon would drop the charges if they seen that the convict was being vouched by a legendary. It would be better if we are treated no differently than any other Pokemon."
