Hype instinctively pulled out his silver gun, and even though he didn't raise it to Jay, he kept his finger on the trigger. This guy smelled like trouble to him.

Hype kept his finger on the trigger of his gun, holding it remotely by his side. He dared to whisper to Glass, "Does this happen often?"

"Jay kicking off, Vampire being p*ssed or Grave cowering into his seat?" Glas whispered back in a dry attempt at humour.
"YEAH RIGHT" Jay yelled back.

Hype pointed up the stairs and asked, "What's wrong with these three here? Did I miss something?"

Hype glared at Jay, thinking, This is one dysfunctional posse they've got here. He said nothing, just glared daggers.

Hype's eyes turned intense at the mention of Korse. He unthinkingly jolted across the room, pinned Jay against the wall with one arm and shoved the barrel of his gun into his face. Then he snarled, "Korse's name isn't getting throawn around. You have no idea what they do to people. Good people. Innocent people; people with kids and husbands and wives! But I wouldn't expect you to know anything about family, now finally seeing how hate-filled you appear to be."

Jay looked scared for a second when Hype pinned him but his face soon returned to it's usual piteful mask "Don't talk to me about family" he growled, glowering at Hype before working up the courage to spit in his face.
