Bakari looked at Rakhi. "Welcome back Rakhi! Are you staying permanently this time? I know Taji has been asking me about you!" He smiled and winked at her as she blushed. "In answer to all questions regarding Tafari and Radhi's joining ceremony, I will set the date for tomorrow, if you want to get ready..."
Amani smiled. "That sounds perfect! Right - Alika and Maliha you are both getting baths tomorrow!"
"Fine." Maliha said reluctantly. "But you are doing me."
"And can Bahati bath me?" Alika asked quietly.
Uhuru walked towards the cubs. "No, Ubora and I will be bathing you. The mother's of the couple will be stressing out far too much to clean you both properly!"
"So if you don't want a long bath, try and stay as clean as possible!" said Ubora.
With much complaining, Maliha got up and walked towards Kensai. "So are you going to the ceremony? If you are, please can you sit next to me? You're the best big brother - better than Taji because he's always busy!"

Meanwhile, Bakari was making arrangements with Busara. "So is tomorrow going to be okay?" he asked.
"It should be fine, your highness. I shall get the other animals in the kingdom ready."
"That's fine, but don't force anyone to come. If they want to know more about the lions they live with then they will come anyway, but I think a few would rather stay behind."
"As you wish, your highness." and then Busara set off into the savannah.

Taji walked into Pride Rock. "Rakhi? Is that you?" he asked. He ran up to her excitedly. "I've missed you so much!"

"Now continue to practice those moves. They'll come in handy one day," he said, then dismissed his 'class' with a swish of his tail. Two days later, he was sitting guard at Priderock as always, and was listening to King Bakari telling them of the joining ceremony tomorrow. "Young love," he whispered as he smiled, knowing that Priderock had a great future ahead of them.

'Well, I guess it's the time to join this pride. I'm very exited, I'd go and tell my granny!' She said to King Bakari. When she headed to go, she saw Taji.
'Hi Taji! How are you?' He smiled. 'I have also missed you!'

"I'm very well Rakhi! I am having lessons with my father about being King and I was wondering whether you'd ever come back." He then paused. "You are staying now?" he asked tentatively.

Bahati chuckled at Akila's question and saw Akila pout when Uhuru and Ubora told her that she was going to be bathed by them along with her sister Mahila.''No complaining you'll have more time to spend with me after the ceremony is over.'' Bahati said then nuzzled Akila. , She smiled as she saw Tafari return after training with the guard Moto and they both head bumped each other in a mother son way. She watched as Tafari walked over to Radhi and sat beside her.

''Can you believe what tomorrow is?'' He whispered into Radhi's tufted ear. Tafari was excited and nervous at the same time but knew it would go well

Kensai looked at Maliha and smile d ruffling her hair "of course I'm going and yes I'll sit by you. Your the best little sister ever to" he said bringing his nose near hers.

Maliha rubbed her nose with Kensai. "I love you big bro!"

Meanwhile, Radhi smiled and nuzzled Tafari. "I can't wait!" she said. "We'll be together forever!"

Taji sighed. "I love seeing Tafari and Radhi together like that, so happy to be together. I don't suppose, you would like that happiness with, um... me?" he asked nervously.

'Uh, yeah! I do!' Rakhi replied. 'Just I always see how happy they to are. And now are gonna be together. Isn't it nice?' She smiled

Kori smiled when she saw Taji and Rakhi together, but then sighed when she remembered how lonely she was, she had no one who loved her and her sister wasn't with her anymore.

Bakari woke early on the day of the Joining Ceremony. He found Busara was already up and making final preparations.
"Your highness, there are a few animals around the front of Pride Rock and we a hoping for more soon!"
"Thank you Busara, you really are a loyal friend."
"Father! Father!" cried Radhi. "I'm so excited!"
"Well, in just a while, everything will be perfect for you and Tafari!"

A few hours later, the Pride were up and a huge number of animals had gathered to see the Joining Ceremony. Bakari viewed them with pleasure - he was pleased so many were interested in the lion family! He waited at the entrance of the cave with Amani resting on his shoulder. "Don't cry, love" he said, as he saw tears running down her face.
"Don't worry, they're tears of happiness for them." she replied, sniffing a little.
Meanwhile, Maliha (freshly bathed) got up and found Kensai. "Hey Kensai! Can we sit over there next to Kori please?" Without waiting for a reply, Maliha went and sat down next to Kori, a smile on her face. She caught her father's eye and he winked at her.
Radhi and Tafari emerged a little while later, talking excitedly and waiting for the arrival of Rafiki to begin the ceremony.

Kori sat down and then felt something next to her. She looked down and saw Maliha. "Hello, Maliha!" she said.

Rakhi was roaming around. She will be a pride lander from today. She saw Kori and Maliha. 'Hello!' She called. And went to them. 'What's up today? I'm exited about the ceremony!'

Maliha saw Rakhi. "Hi Rakhi! It should be starting soon - Rafiki has just been helped up to Pride Rock."
Rafiki had indeed made it to Pride Rock, despite his old age. He walked stiffly over to Radhi and Tafari and muttered a few words in an ancient language no one recognised. It was a blessing for the happy couple.
Radhi watched Rafiki's stick as it was waved above her an Tafari's head. She smiled. "Come on Tafari, let's show the world what we're made of!"
Radhi and Tafari walked up to the peak of Pride Rock and smiled at the animals below. Then they closed their eyes and roared.
Bakari was so proud of his adoptive daughter that he held back a few moments before joining them with Amani.
"I'm so proud of you both." he whispered before roaring as well.

''Oh! my baby boy is all grown up!'' Bahati said tears streaming down her face. She couldn't believe that her boy was now together with Princess Radhi. Bahati smiled and nuzzled Radhi who was now her daughter in law.

Tafari rolled his eyes,''Oh mom I'm not a baby anymore.'' Tafari said it was true he was now a fully grown adult his mane was almost twice as big like his father in law Bakari's was and Tafari was well built and strong thanks to Moto's training.
