Zasshu went in the direction of the river to meet up with Cheyanne.

Cheyanne heard footsteps in her direction. "Zasshu, your back!" She said smiling then running tword him. "Did the pups have fun?" She asked .

Zasshu wagged his tail happily and nuzzled Cheyanne.

"Yep! They all had a great time with me. In fact, they all wanna see you and tell you all about it." Zasshu smiled.

Cheyanne smiled, then walked into the den with Zasshu. She saw, that Aspen was gone. "Zasshu where is Aspen?" She asken with concern. Then, all of a sudden, Aspen leaped and tackled her father. "Daddy, wanna play?" She asked laughing. Cheyanne laughed too.

"Sure, lil Aspen." Zasshu chuckled, then started softly play-fighting with his daughter so as not to hurt her.

About nine months later, all the pups were in their teens. "Mom, dose my dad really hate me?" Zach asked looking out side, in which Zasshu looked over. Zasshu barley heard his son, but came to check on them anyway. "No, why would you think that? "Cheyanne asked.

"Is there a problem here?" Zasshu asked softly, approaching his mate and his son. Zasshu nuzzled his son's head shortly.

"Zach, is there something troubling you?" Zasshu asked, hating when any of his pups felt bad.

Zach just turned then mumbled. "He asked me if you hated him. I said no. Cause I see the real you, Zasshu. I don't know why'd he say that." Cheyanne said making a sad look over to Zach.

Zasshu flattens his ears sadly, then walks over to his son Zach and sits beside him, giving him a short nuzzle on the head lovingly.

"My dear son, Zach... why on earth would you ever think that I would hate you? You are my son... and my pride and joy. I absolutely do not hate you in the very least." Zasshu looks down at Zach with sadness in his eyes. "It deeply hurts me that you would think such things about me, my son. Did I perhaps... do something wrong?"

"Sorry dad. I just, I just didn't feel like you did." Zach then cuddled Zasshu. Which means its ok, and I still love you. He ran out side of the den. "You comin dad?" He asked as Cheyanne and Zasshu came out. "I think he knows it right." She said licking Zasshu's cheek tenderly, watching the kids play.

"That's my boy." Zasshu grinned, licking Cheyanne back on the muzzle lovingly. "Cheyanne, dear... you want to go somewhere with me tonight?"

Cheyanne smiled. "Sure, I'll ask my dad to watch the pups. Since, their um. Teenagers. But for now, your son wants you to have fun with 'em." Cheyanne said walking towards her dad." Hey, dad. Will you watch the pups tonight?" She asked delightfully. " Sure, Cheyanne. I'd be willing too." Jack said smiling, then nodding.

Zasshu smiled and ran off with his son Zach to see what his son had in store for him.

Zach waited for his dad. "Hey dad, what is that?" He asked pointing behind Zasshu. When Zasshu turned around, Zach tackled his dad. "HAHA Got you." He said laughing, as Zach, Zasshu, and the rest of the pups play- fought.

"So you all think you all can take on your old man, huh? Well think again!" Zasshu laughed, running around with all his kids as they all tackled and scuffled with each other.

By the end of the day, Zasshu and his four young ones returned to the den. The kids went off to talk to their friends or whatever (we'll go with that) while Zasshu sought out his mate Cheyanne, snuck up behind her, then tackled her playfully.

"Guess who?" Zasshu laughed, licking under Cheyanne's chin once Zasshu had her pinned underneath him.

Suddenly, Zasshu's brother Markus walked up to both Zasshu and Cheyanne.

"Hey Zasshu, guess what?" Markus asked with his usually stupid grin on his face.

"What?" Zasshu answered.

"That's what."

"What?" Zasshu asked, confused.

"Exactly." With that, Markus just casually walked away.

Zasshu raised an eyebrow, then just rolled his eyes at his brother's randomness and returned his attention to Cheyanne.

"So Babe," Zasshu purred. "Are we still up for tonight?"
