OOC: Its 650 miles from nome. And how they are getting to anchorage is by a train. there is a train leaving Nenanna to Anchorage in 10 hours. They would get on that train to Anchorage and get balto back.

Mako chuckled, stopping. "Brought you some food," he said. "Remember, if you starved to death, then it'd cause me a lot of trouble you know," he said, putting down some water as well. "It's in my own best intrests to keep you alive...for now."
