"Oh, good, i would hate to offend Mah Lady." Brayd joked, softly laying his head over her's, And he completley covered Rii. Brady thought deeply abot how much he loved her and how he would give his life for Rii, and then he heard The growl. Brady jumped up, and turned around, to see Kaya, all battered up but strong looking. She stood at the mouth of the cave snarling.

"Hey Dog boy." Kaya teased, When brady noticed her foaming at the mouth. Oh crap... Rabies. Brady turned to Rii, and pleaded to her silently. "Rii, she's Rabid, you need to get into the very back of the cave. GO." Brady ordered, and he lunged at Kaya, fearing for his life. He bit into her neck, and then her leg, and everywhere he could. All he thought about was getting bitten by her. Brady pinned Kaya down, and he snapped her jugular vein. Kaya lay motionless on the cave floor, and he began worrying about Rii.

ooc: Yeah, Kaya really didn't die but now she be DEAD for good!!Now Run brady, go find Rii!!

Rii was up on her feet the moment she heard Kaya walking into the den. Her ears perked, seeing the foam coming from Kaya's jaws. Before Rii couldn't even speak, Brady told her to go. And Rii wasn't sure what made her turn tail and dash off deeper into the cave, but she went anyway, heeding Brady's command to go to the back of the cave.
Rii wasn't quite sure where she was going, or how far she was going, all she knew was that it was getting darker and darker. And soon, she barely see around her.

"Rii? Love, where are you?" Brady wandered farther into the cave, sniffing around him, searching for Rii's scent, but all he got was moss and water. He barked softly, hoping to get a reply.

Rii was sniffing the ground as she crept through the dark cave. Her ear flicked, hearing Brady's bark echo. She pulled up her head and turned back toward the bark, hoping it was Brady she heard, and not someone else. She barked a quick response.

" Rii!! ' Brady shouted, running towards her, he met her in the dark, sniffing her, and panting. " Are you okay?" He a sked, walking her back into the light part of the cave. He sniffed her all over again, whimpering a little.

"I'm fine, i'm fine," she reassured him, and remembered what Brady was up against. "What about you, hotshot?" her nose twitched as she asked worriedly. "Are you okay?"

"yeah, sure sure, im okay. Im just glad you didn't get hurt." He smiled, noticing Rii's buldging stomach, getting a little hyper, and wagging his tail. "Listen Rii, maybe i think there's somethin' up. Is there something you wanna tell me?" Brady asked, knwing already half of the problem with her sudden weight gain.

At first, Rii tilted her head and wondered what he meant. It took her a moment before the previous thoughts of her possible, and likely, condition came back into her mind. "I..don't know of..any?" Rii replied, her head still tilted.

"you... I don't know, it's just, a thought...you know what, nevermind, forget i asked..." Brady thought, his heart dropped a little, and he turned and started towards the mouth of the cave, and he walked down to the river and lapped up some water. Maybe she isn't.. he thought, sighing.

Rii sat quietly right outside the den, her tail around her paws. She watched BRady walk down to the river as she began thinking. There's no way... she thought, denying what she knew. I can't be...

Brady returned, and he smiled as he saw Rii and wagged his tail. "Im sorry, i needed some time to...think." He replyed to her, Brady greeted Rii with a lick on the nose, and he sat beside her, watching the sun peak above the treetops. "Sunsets are almost as beautiful as you love, but watching them with you makes them twice as fun." He smiled, not looking at her.

Rii giggled softly, looking down at her paws at his comment. "You're so sweet, hotshot," she said, looking over at him with a smile across her face. She found the sunset didn't interest her as much as Brady did.

"You too." He said Smiling back at her, thinking hardly about that night, and he began to wonder if having pups was even possible for her. "You know Rii, you can tell me anything, right?" He closed his eyes remembering the moment.

Rii shuffled her paws a bit, picking them up slightly and setting them down again. "Yea," she said softly. "I know, Brady."

He smiled and licked her cheek and hopped up and play bowed, in a playful way. Waiting for Rii to join in the play battle.
