"No," Kyler agreed, "But the fact that you were basically dead for a full day kinda scared us." she said, grinning, following Damien to the fridge and leaning against it. When Zee was out of earshot, Kyler whispered, "Should we... tell Zee?" She knew Damien and Zee were close, but Kyler wasn't sure if Damien wanted to keep it a secret or not.

"You don't think she'd tell anyone, do you?" Kyler said, worrying to herself. If the secret got out, then Damien would have to relocate with the crew, and Kyler would end up losing him... she shook off the thought, not wanting to think the worst of possibilities.

Kyler laughed at how he put it. "Well, I'm not saying a word!" she pressed, putting her palms up. "She's your sister, buddy. I'll be right behind you, though."

Kyler, not expecting Zee to ask what they were talking about, simply said, "Uhh, nothing." then turned to Damien, giving him a look that pleaded, Go on.

Kyler, not expecting that answer from Zee, froze and felt her face get hot, the butterflies in her stomach becoming more present. Kyler decided that it was best to stay silent, since she knew that if she admitted that they did kiss, it would come out wrong, but if she denied it, it could run the risk of hurting Damien, and she didn't think she could deny the feelings she had when it happened. She simply looked at him, unsure of what to do at the moment. She hoped he wasn't ashamed of her.
