Griffens smile faded aswell, he turned into a wolf, and kept her on his back Im faster this way He started running to the scene, thinking about how bad he felt that he couldn't remember his own friend.. DYING.

Lexi finished cutting, and walked back with the sugar, she dropped them on the floor. and sighed Ok i'm thinking we can melt these and put it on the mangos, and then maybe cool them down? you know, for desert..? what do you think?

Ashely covered his mouth with her hands no, go to sleep. Ill wake you up when the food is ready. She looked around.

Jordan did nothing but sigh slightly. This was everything she had ever dreamed of, being with Griffin. But it always happened that good things happened at the wrong time....

Seth chuckled softly and said, "That sounds great!" He offered to take the sugarcane stalks for her.

Zac wanted to protest, but his body said otherwise. His eyes rolled back out of reflex and he fell asleep, looking almost unconcious.

Lexi smiled good, now lets wait until a fire is burning. she sat down on a log, waiting for someone to come. She looked at Seth So, what do you want to do while we wait?

Ashely worried a bit, but refused to wake him up.

Zac, before he was completely out, crawled towards the fire, wanting to feel its warmth. Once there, he completely crashed down onto the forest floor, letting his body give in.

Seth turned to look at Zac, who just came towards the fire unexpectedly.

Ashely stood up and ran to where Zac was, her face was either shocked or mad, maybe both. Zac, you could of told me you were cold, I would of taken you to the fire myself. Her face turned sweet and she got him a jacket of hers. She smiled while putting it under his head.There is no keeping you down she said in between breaths. She kissed his cheek and got up. When she looked down she noticed sugar canes. Ashely couldn't help but giggle a bit and turn to Seth, because she knew Lexi wasn't one to like sweets. haha Seth, sugar? really? she laughed a little more.

Lexi smiled and looked at Ashely. She coughed a small cough, which got Ashely's attention. Actually, it was my idea, i wanted mangos with sugar for dessert. she smiled like if something was funny but not funny enough to laugh at. And ya, I know i'm not one for sweet things, but the truth is i've always loved sweets. I just wanted to make sure i looked my best because i was trying to impress someone Her cheeks were pretty pink, and she started a nervous giggle. Then she looked at Seth and Ashely very quickly But i guess my methods work. Right? the question is devoted to Seth.

Zac said nothing. All you could hear from him were small breaths, in and out. After a few minutes, his body morphed him automatically back to his human self. As he began shifting from canine to a human being once more, one couldn't help but notice the immense amount of blood, cuts, and scars on his mangled body. His shirt was teared to shreds, revealing at least ten huge gashes on his chest and stomach alone. His jeans were cut up as well, but mostly in tact if you didn't count the fact they had huge cuts in them. He turned over with a wince and you could instantly see all the damage. You could see a huge bite mark where the wolf had basically broken his back in two. The bite mark stretched from one side to the other. It was that big. Inside a few of the bite marks, if you looked real close, you could see through the skins, the veins, the muscle, to his bones, his spine, which seemed to be shattered into a million peices.

Seth answered Lexi's question, saying simply, "There's no need for you to look good. I love you for who you are." As all of Zac's scars and wounds were revealed, Seth couldn't help but gasp quietly.

Jordan sniffed the air and went to where her nose guided her. "C'mon! I smell them this way!"

Lexi smiled, but it helps im not 200 pounds.she laughed, until she saw Zac, then her laugh ended. oh my god...

Ashely gasped as she saw Zacs cuts. She put her hand over her mouth oh... Zac. she looked so sad. She turned her head away its my fault... then she turned back to him, she winced slightly ...Zac, does it, does it hurt?. she knew it prolly did, but she didnt know what to say.

Griffen nodded and started to follow Jordon.

Zac winced in pain as he struggled to turn his head without flexing his back. "Yeah.." he choked out. He looked at her face, though, and narrowed his eyes. "It isn't your fault you kn-" he got cut off. The reason? His body was forcing him to cough, and not just that, cough up blood. As he did, he groaned and let his head go back to its position.

Ashely looked down at him, she didn't dare correct him, she didn't want him to have to talk anymore. Just then she felt something warm and cold running down her leg. When she looked down she saw her cut had by re-opened, and was bleeding threw the bandage. She looked around, waiting for Griffen. He would know exactly what to do. She tapped her foot and kept looking around, putting her chin up.Lexi sighed and looked at Seth Alright, come on, lets make dinner. You catch the fish, i'll start cutting the mangos. then she stood up and tapped her legs, and looked up at the sky with an annoyed sigh. I left my pocket knife in my pants. Seth, do you still have the pair I gave you? Griffen finally god there. He looked down at Zac and put one hand on his hip, the other he used to scratch his head. He looked angry and fustrated. What happened? He looked directley at Ashely, then saw she was bleeding. I leave for one second.. alright, first we will bandage you, then I'll take a look at Zac. he felt just like a doctor, a feeling he hated. Ashely looked down and shrugged a small shrug when Griffen saw her cut. She looked at Griffen as if he was crazy. Me first? Are you insane!? Zac is in need of intense care, and your worried about a stupid flesh wound? She looked back at Zac, her eyes scaredhe could die!! Then Griffen sighed, Ashely, don't make me tell you exactly what it is, but that is more than a flesh wound.Lexi heard, her ears perked, and she turned around. Not another injury..Ashely looked at Griffen, and stood up. She immediately fell to the floor. ow.. She looked at Griffen, he was right, she was able to stand a while ago. Then her face got angry, Griffen, its my body! i have a right to know whats wrong with it.Griffen walked to her while he picked her up. Ashely.. She cut him off No! i don't want to hear it. Whats wrong with me? her eyes were angry, and Griffen knew she wouldn't budge. He sighed and put her down. Ashely, thats infected. he took a deep breath If it gets any worse, we are going to have to cut off your leg. He looked down, hoping he was wrong. But he knew he wasn't. Ashely looked down and nodded. She was biting her lip. Tears would fall. and she just brushed them off. Ashely cried very softly, almost not hearable. She shook her head, while it was still down. You could just hear muffled cries. Griffen looked down, and touched her knee, Im so sorry. She hugged him, all she needed was somebody to be there with her. Lexi, hearing all of this, was in complete disspare. she looked at Griffen. Is there anyway your wrong? He looked at her, his eyes full of sadness and sorry. no. That answer made Lexi break down. She just nodded, turned around, and ran. To where? well, not even she knew. Griffen sighed, Im so sorry... his voice cracked, and for the first time in his life, his eyes got glossy. Not a tear, but just seeing Griffen sad to the point of glossy eyes was a sight to see.

Zac tried his best to fall asleep, but it was hard when he was actually closing his eyes in hopes he'd feel that relaxing sensation. He couldn't do it. His body was too beat up and bruised to allow him to do it voluntarily. He had to just wait and let consciousness leave him.

Seth didn't wantto leave Lexi, but decided he had no choice. If he didn't, everyone else would go hungry. He relunctantly went towards the river to catch fish.

Jordan came in and immediately gasped when she saw Ashley and Zac. But deciding she should do something productive instead of making things worse by not doing anything, she went over to the fire and helped Lexi with the mangos and sugar. "Woah Lexi, this is interesting. You never eat sugar..." she said, surprised, but whispering and not as much in a happy tone as if could've been if everyone had been alright. Then suddenly, she realized Lexi was gone. She turned around and looked shocked. Why would she run away at a time like this? Then her expression turned a bit fearful. How would Seth react? She turned to Ashley and Griffen. "Guys... Lexi's gone..."

Seth, still in his ghost form, flew over the tops of the trees and stopped over the river, looking at his hands quickly before blasting the river with a ghost ray. Once he did that, some fish began floating to the suface. He grabbed the dead fish and put them in his pockets. After doing so until he had about 15 huge fish (more than he could fit in his pockets), he decided it was enough to hold the group until tomorrow. So, he started heading back to the camp site. As he did, he faintly wondered what would become of the small group. Would Zac and Ashley's wounds ever heal? Would his or Lexi's? Would anyone survive long enough to get back to the city? Would their lives ever be the same? All these questions raced through his mind as he flew through the night sky, wind blowing through his het black hair, the moon lighting up his greenish colored eyes.

Griffen looked down I know, she heard that Ashely might need to have her leg cut off. he looked at Ashely, feeling terrible. Somehow he thought that it might be his fault. If he would of kept what he thought to himself.. quickly, he dismissed the thought. He wasn't the type to keep things on himself. Ashely put her head up, she looked around. Her eyes were worried.i should of taught Lexi not to run away.. I'm a terrible role model.. She got up, winced at the pain. But she saw Zac, and couldn't help but feel like she was a drama queen. She chuckled sad. look at me, crying over this, while Zac is being strong Griffen stood up and grabbed Ashely's arm listen, just because someone else has a bigger wound, doesn't make yours any smaller, or any less painful. I understand you, but you must remember, Zac us unconscious, while you know exactly what is going on.She looked down,bu-Griffen cut her offno, now lets wash that up, and ill do my best to clean it, and wrap it up...can you walk. She nodded, and immediate limped to the river, she felt like someone was there. is anyone there Just then, Ashely heard small,muffled cries above her. When she looked up, Lexi was on a tree, crying. Lexi, come down here she managed to say with a smile. Lexi looked down, and jumped down. She came close to Ashely, looking at her wound. She sat down, next to her. Ashely? Ashely looked at her. ya? she said as she moved her leg into the water. Lexi took a breath. Griffen walked into the scene. Lexi looked over at him, then to Ashely again. do you think you'll be alright? Ashely looked down,i don't know.. then she smiled playfully at Lexi and hugged her,even if I'm not, ill always have the best sister. i love you[b/] Lexi hugged back, she had some tears,[b]i love you too then she pulled back, and Ashely smiled. She wiped off Lexis tears and turned to Griffen. come on, lets clean this baby up, even though it hurt, she had to be strong, if not for herself, then for Lexi. Griffen nodded, ok[b/] he went close to Ashely, crouched down, and held her leg. He put in the river, Ashely looked back and bit her lip. She closed her eyes tight. Ashely began loosing her breath, but Griffen noticed and took it out. Lexi held her hand, and Ashely smiled, she nodded to Griffen, [b]go. Griffen understood and put her leg in, not letting it come out. The water seemed to turn red, and her cut seemed like it would never stop bleeding. Then, before Ashely could do anything, Griffen was tiding it up. When he was done he sighed ok, i think it should be good. Now i have to take care of Zac. he sighed, and walked to the camp site to see how Zac was. Ashely got up, she held her hand down for Lexi to get up. Lexi grabbed it, and smiled. She started walking on, and Ashely, left alone, looked down at her cut and cried. Zac, Zac, Zac.. his name rang in her head, and she smiled, wiped off the tears, and went to the camp site.

Zac chuckled softly when the group left, thinking to himself. Wow... they all think I'm unconscious. Not feeling any pain. Hah, shows them what they know... It was a sarcastic thought, as he winced at even the slightest laugh. "Ah.." he growled with gritted teeth.

Jordan looked towards where the others left to and decided that they probably were treating Ashley's wounds and by now have probably found Lexi as well. After all, she shouldn't be too hard to find considering that she ran away only a few minutes ago. When she heard Zac growl quietly, she walked over to him, kneeling down. "Zac are you alright?"

Zac, if he were still in wolf form, would've whimpered right now, but since he was in his human state, instead he coughed out (along with some more blood), "No..." His crystal blue eyes focused on her face. He was dreading Griffen 'nursing him back to health', as in he didn't want to move because of his back, which was cracked in two. He also wasn't too excited because he didn't want any of his wounds to be more painful than this second. Some of them were still oozing blood and his back marks were especially aching. After all, you could see the bone. If you could see that far into someone's body it must be painful...

Ashely got there and looked at Zac. she looked down, then to Jordon is he doing any better? She rubbed her arm nervously. Griffen go there and smiled at Jordon, just knowing she was his, he was hers, it felt perfect.

Jordon shook her head silently when Ashley asked of Zac's status. After anotther moment she decided to elavorate. "No... I think he's getting worse..."

As Zac noticed Griffen get back he sighed as if it were automatic. He couldn't help it. It was an involumtary 'reflex' you may call it. The second he did, he groaned in silent pain. Even the slightest sound hurt him too the point of misery. It was a terrible feelingand he knew it wouldn't be getting better any time soon...
