"Well, good to know I'm not going nuts. Or maybe we're both crazy," She replied. She stared into another tunnel, this one having the hint of red, as if rubies where shining at the end. But at the same time, as Setsuko looking into it, feelings of nervousness penetrated her heart. "M....maybe we shouldn't b...be here," She stuttered, backing away from the reddish tunnel.

"Why not, it's not like anyone else is going to tell us off," Rue said, confused. "What's wrong with exploring some, it'll be fine!" she said.

Setsuko shook her head to clear it, turning away from the tunnel. "Maybe you're right." She instead looked in a different direction. The tunnel she now faced was like a faded royal blue. As she saw the color coming from the depths of the path, she felt a terrible pang of sadness wash over her mind. She fell onto her knees and began to cry. "I want to go back," She sobbed. "I want to see my parents and Samiia and Kuilak..." She fell silent, tears continuing.

Rue kneeled down beside Setsuko, her gaze drifting to an orange tunnel. Suddenly, she felt braver, and stronger. Courageous.

"It'll be okay Setsuko, you'll see 'em again, I promise," she said, laying a comforting if awkward hand on Setsuko's shoulder.

The sudden sadness was soon over. Setsuko stood. Avoiding meeting gaze with any more tunnels, she turned to Rue. "We should get out of here. Now." She told her urgently.

"Let's go!" Setsuko nearly yelled, but she didn't want to be too loud...who knows what could be in this cavern! She dashed back to the little area where they where and out near the lake. She didn't stop there, either. She turned her staff into a glider as she ran and took off across the lake. It was still raining, but she didn't care. As long as she was far from that cave. Jaci followed swiftly. He let out and annoyed yowl when Setsuko took off without him, but when she didn't turned back, he moaned and swam across the lake. He climbed a tree close to where Setsuko was and jumped on her glider from there. The sank a bit from his weight, but where quickly up flying again, moving away fast.

Rue ran out after Setsuko, wondering why she had to go out. In the rain. She shook her wings slightly, sending water drops down to the surface of the grey lake below. She tailed Setsuko, then pulled up beside her. "Why leave? Sure those tunnel's were a but creepy, but it's wet and-" he sentence was drowned out as thunder boomed, lightening striking close by.

Setsuko didn't reply. She just kept going, as far from the cave as possible.

Rue followed, the rain soon drenching her hair. She tried to dodge the hail, but still got pelted, leaving small bruises when they struck.

Spying an old cabin, Setsuko began to descend. She landed on the ground and swung open the rough wooden door. Jaci followed, stepping cautiously into the cabin. It was long deserted and worn down, but the roof was still strong and the wall steady enough to keep the rain and hail out. Jaci shook the excess water off his shaggy pelt, whereas Setsuko slowly used Waterbending to extract the wetness. She let the water drop to the floor and sighed.

Rue landed and walked in, aching and still sopping wet. She shook her wings, sending water droplets flying. "Much nocer in here than out there," she noted.

"Sorry," Setsuko mumbled, shuttering. She Waterbended the drops off Rue. "Oh...you're hurt," She said sympathetically, noticing the bruises that now lined Rue's arms.

"It's not bad, I don't even notice them," she said.
