Scourge's eyes dilated in surprise, then they rimmed with red as he grabbed Sparks by the scruff (like how bullies grab kids by the front of the shirt) and screamed, "WHAT did you DO? WHERE'S THE COIN?!?!?"

Scourge snarled and tackled Sparks, pinning him down. "I don't know where it went, but I'M finding it FIRST!" And with that, he ran to Tails' jet and stole it, taking off at lightning speed.
"My plane!" cried Tails. "What are we gonna do now?!"

"I'll tell you what we're going to do..We're gonna find the others and search for the coin, we can't let Scourge get his hands on it again." Replied Silver. "And maybe Sparks can help you build something to help us get the coin before Scourge does. If I remember correctly, Sparks is great at building machinery." He added.
Sparks got up off the ground and brushed the dirt off. "Hmph, darn right I am. Why do ya think Black Doom gave me the name Sparks." Said Sparks curtly.

Tails led them to the ship, motioning for them to climb into the back. "Hurry, we have to get there quick." he warned, firing up the engine and taking off.

Silver jumped into the back quickly, and extended a hand to help Sparks up.
Sparks reluctantly grabbed his hand and was pulled up into the back.

Tails navigated the ship until he came to the small, wooden shack he calls his lab. He landed the ship and led everyone inside. "Looks bigger on the inside, eh?"

"Yep.." Muttered Sparks looking around the shack, his mouth almost dropped to the floor when he saw some of the cool machinery Tails had. 'Wow.' He thought, his ears went back ever so slightly.
Silver coughed. "Erm...It has come to my attention...We left Shadow behind."

Shadow raced along the border, following Scourge's trail. 'I only left them to protect them.' thought Shadow. 'I know what I'm doing.' His rocket-powered shoes allowed him to glide almost as fast as Scourge.
Blaze looked around. "Where could he be?"

"I don't know." Replied Silver, he then paused for a moment before adding. "He's an independent guy, he probably didn't go with us because he has stuff to do."
"Or maybe he's too selfish to help us, so he ditched us." Said Sparks.
Silver growled with annoyance at Sparks before muttering something inaudible and leaning against the wall.
Little did they know, a certain bat was watching them, she had hidden herself pretty well. She smirked before dropping out of the tree she was in and running up silently. She ducked down bellow the window and listened to their conversations.
