Here's a rough sketch of Baloo buying back the Sea Duck (again).
Question though, do you think Baloo looks happy in the pic or depressed? Critique please...

Nice job Jer.
I think Baloo has a slightly satisfied look to him.

It's nice, but I have to say the art has some flaws. Rebecca's face has the wrong perspective, Baloo's hat too, and his legs and feet seem strange. (Sorry, that's just me trying to help you getting better. You'll get used to it! Overall it's a good effort!)

Yeah, I've noticed that your art has been improving since you started posting it here, but you still have a little way to go. I wish I could offer some helpful criticism or useful tips, but since I'm not an artist, I wouldn't even know how to explain it or what to say. All I know to say is: Keep practicing, (as you know) practice makes perfect. For instance, your Ignatz sketches all looked pretty good. My feeble advice would be for you to just practice drawing the H4H characters (and any other major characters) over and over again from different perspectives until you can practically do it with your eyes closed. Don't worry about backgrounds or small details, just concentrate on getting the characters on-model, with proper body and face proportions. I wish I could be more help... I'm grasping for the right words because I don't really know any art terminology... Just keep on keepin' on and you'll get there.

Nice pictures ArChip! Baloo looks kinda small in the first one though. All in all, very nice! I hate to say it, but everyone should stick to test sketches and concept art until we get the art production nailed down. For instance, if we decide to do the shading digitally, then there's no point in doing it manually with a pencil... right? I just want to make sure art is done in a way that makes the whole process more efficient.

Ok,got it! Scetches,concept and collaboration. Last point is still misty.We haven't got any clear organization (maybe because of the lack of time of most of us,so only 2-3 members are sometimes available to speak to; )-> I mean something like "full freedom" (we all we want) of actions for artists- we can read the draft and draw whatever we want, so one is going to do something that not suit the other or the prod.method. (However,I've read it) Well, emm,,something like that,I could mistook explaining what I wanted to say .....

JerRocks: I like your work, however as 07xB pointed out there is still some room for improvement.
I think you could give your characters more emotion. I don't really like Baloo's expression in your pic - this is a big moment for him, I think he should look more excited. For comparison, below is Baloo's expression from the actual TS episode where he buys back the Duck.
Another thing I think can improve is the layout. For such a pivotal scene, I think there is too much dialogue going on in that one picture and it should probably be split up into more than one panel. After all, the scene is important and the characters are likely to have strong reactions to what is going on. I think we should be taking a couple more frames to illustrate how the characters, or one specific character, are reacting to the dialogue. I don't think it's necessary to show all the characters in the scene in every frame.
Of course, this is just my opinion. I would be interested in hearing others' opinions.

@0x7B:
How is the script editing going? Once the script is finalized do you think we could have a discussion with the artists and begin to assign some roles?

I was wondering if you have a digital tablet. which reminds me that I made a live streaming channel this last year for people to look at our work, but now is on hold until August the fist. the link is: http://www.livestream.com/talespin_virtual?t=29764

Finals are August 3-5, so I'm desperately trying to finish assignments that are due next week before finals. After Aug 5, the editing will be my top priority. and yeah, as soon as that's done, we'll all get together and divide up tasks.
